I am 30 years old. I have had a protrusion disc for 16 months. I have been to 5 different doctors. Everything they tell me to do either makes it worse or does nothing. I tried physical therapy, and epidural steroid injection. Both of those made it worse. I tried seeing a chiropractor every week for 8 months. At first back adjustments were helping but then it stopped working. My Physiatrist is now telling me i should try acupuncture. Will this heal my protrusion disc? If not then what should i do instead. My protusion disc is considered too small to get surgery. I have been told by multiple doctors that it should be able to heal without surgery and that i shouldn't get surgery. Its been 16 months and it has not gotten better.

I am 30 years old. The bottom left of my back has been in pain since November of 2019. In Jan. Of 2020 i saw my family practice doctor 3 times. She recommended i use a donut cushion when sitting down. But that only makes it hurt more. I rarely sit down. She referred me to a Physiatrist. The physiatrist recommended physical therapy.  I did physical therapy in March of 2020. The stretching they had me do made the pain far worse. The physical therapist told me i need to do these stretches every single day for a month for it to work. After only 3 sessions in a period of 2 weeks i was in so much pain i could barely walk. i never performed these stretches at home as the physical therapists told me because of how much harm they did. To this day, the added pain from the physical therapy has not fully gone away. Next i saw a chiropractor every week for 8 months. I got back adjustments every week and removed all corn and MSG from my diet. I also took a detox supplement. For a few months, this was working and my back was getting better. Then it stopped working and my back pain regressed. I then got an MRI which showed i have a protusion disc in the bottom left of my back. I then went back to the Physiatrist. The physiatrist and chiropractor both recommended i get a epidural steroid injection. It has now been 14 days since the injection. The injection made my back worse. They said its not bad enough for surgery. I can't pick up a gallon of water without hurting

 back. What should i do? 

I am just wondering because i got a epidural steroid injection today and one of the nurses dressed me even though i could have done it myself. Does this normally happen after hospitals do this procedure?

In other words, if i get all my seeds from only one F1 watermelon, will the f2 plants be identical to all the other f2 plants?

If i stabilize a watermelon hybrid so it becomes an open pollinated variety, can i get in legal trouble for selling the seeds? Why are why not?

Over the years seeded watermelons have become harder and harder to find. The seeded ones usually taste far better and are much juicer than seedless watermelon. Unfortunately this year for the first time i couldn't get any seeded watermelons at all. I constantly went to 3 different supermarkets and couldn't find seeded. I even asked customer service multiple times in all 3 stores in my area to get the seeded watermelons in. They never got them. They claimed the seeded ones aren't available, but i don't believe them because it is biologically impossible to grow seedless without planting seeded ones as a pollinator.

How is the winner of the general election decided if no one gets 270 electoral votes? If this were to happen, is it possible for a candidate to lose the popular vote and  have fewer electoral votes and still be elected president?

I made a best offer on eBay and the seller accepted,  then I had an unexpected expanse in my life. So now I have to wait a couple weeks to pay for my item. So i notified the seller about this twice. Then 2 days later the seller opens an unpaid item case even though i told him twice that i would need longer to pay for my item. As the buyer  what can i do to avoid a permanent record on my account? I can't cancel my purchase because best offer puts me under a binding contract that requires me to buy them item. I still want to buy the item but just can't for possibly a couple weeks.

Will students have to go to school in the summer to make up for the missed days caused by coronavirus? Is it possible all students will have to repeat the same grade all over again? I have an LG q7+ cell phone. I noticed that once I get a large number of text messages from one person, it automatically starts deleting the oldest text messages from that person whenever I recieve a new one. How do I get my phone to stop doing that without deleting messages myself? My LG Q7 + has 64 GB of memory and I have only used 25GB of space. So it's not a lack of space that causing this. My old phone never did this! My previous phone was a ZMAX Z970 which only has 16GB space. So 1/4 the space and it never automatically deleted messages. So why does my new phone automatically delete the oldest messages? How do I fix the problem?

I am Wondering if all LCD screens are TFT? Will LCD screens ever go away?

I am 28 years old and have had tardive dyskinesia since I was 9. It happened overnight after taking haloperidol and never went away. I am not comfortable with any of the current prescription medications, since that s what caused my condition in the first place. Are drugs that treat this can potientally make it permanently worse. In my experience the doctors are too ignorant to be able to help without prescribing drugs. I am wonder will this be curable in my lifetime and before I get old? Can stem cells reverse tardive dyskinesia? Why or why not?

I have a t mobile zmax z970 4g phone and was wondering how much longer I will be able to use it. Will it stop working when 5g comes out? This really worries me because I need to be able to use my old phone due to a medical condition. The newer phone screens make my tics so bad that life is unlivable. I tried seeing multiple doctors and trying medication and supplements but nothing works. Will I be able to use my old 4g t mobile phone once 5g networks are used? If anyone knows of a solution that will allow me to use newer screens without making my tics worse, I am also happy to hear what you have to say.

My sister likes to smoke on the balcony from about 11pm to 2 am. She coughs and clears her throat so loud that I can't sleep. I have to sleep in the living room right in front of the window where the balcony is. Me, my father and sister live in small condo, so I have no where else to sleep. I constantly wake up tired in the morning with a headache due to lack of sleep. Sleeping in late doesn't help me. Only sleeping at night makes me feel well the next day. So I have to be able to sleep at night. Also lack of sleep makes my tics worse because I have tardive dyskinesia. Due to my condition I have to have it quite so I can relax otherwise I can't fall asleep.My father is too much of a wuss to tell her no and stand up for me. She is extremely selfish so she only cares about her self. She doesn't care that it makes me feel like crap. This has been going on since January and I am losing it. This really needs to stop. She is 23 years old and I am 27.

My father has offered to have me sleep in his room but he snores really loud so that won't be any better. I have 2

bigfanss on the loadest setting because the sound is relaxing but unfortunately i can still hear her through the fans. Even if I listen to music with headphones I can still hear her. music doesn't help me sleep this is just to show how bad it is. I need her to stop going on the balcony at night. Is there any legal action that can be taken against her? What can I do to stop her?
