  • Question to Atheists?

I am not being disrespectful this is not a troll post.

Why do so many atheists rant about religion specifically Christianity? Christianity is something that does not exist to an atheist so why do you care so much and why do you specifically target Christianity with insults and jokes.

I realize that not all atheists rant, this question is targeted at the ones who rage.

  • Why do people ask stupid questions?

I do not understand why people ask questions that can easily be answered, why do they not just type what they are looking for in a search engine?

For example its obvious they are doing a research assignment for school and all they have to do is read maybe 2 paragraphs on Wikipedia or another site for their answers.. instead of that they ask here risking false information... i do not understand why?

  • Any planet that is in this zone is possible to have life?

Someone asked this question i actually put some thought into answering it and double checked a few things then he/she deleted the question.... for **** sakes i am going to post the answer even if i have to post the question along with it....

its in the what is called "goldylocks zone" its a area that is the perfect distance from the sun where ice melts, liquid water is present so molecules can move and meld so life is possible. Mars is on the outer edge of the goldylocks zone (warmest temperature on mars is +5 C coldest is -15 in one of is craters, most of the planet is colder but areas are tolerable for humans, problem is thin atmosphere and too much CO2, as long as colonists base on a or near a ice patch, can make water and air out of it) But mars has unstable axis because it has no moon to stabilize its axis spin (Jupiter pulls on the earth like it does mars too but our moon keeps our axis stable).

P.S This is what i know if i am wrong on anything feel free to correct me.

  • Why are people protesting in Toronto?

I understand why people are protesting wall street, one of the main things is that corporations are buying politicians by giving money for their campaigns and by doing so those elected officials owe favors to those company's i fully support a protest if it has meaning and has a clear message of what they want changed.

But in Toronto? the news is not telling anything they are just showing the antics and the stupid people they are not telling why they are protesting? in Ontario we have OSAP (no interest student loans from the government for low income family's), obviously the Healthcare thing, minimum wage is $10.25 if that goes up then it will go down the line and have to be paid by the consumers, the cost of living will go up if the minimum wage goes up... we have laws that limit election campaign donations to $1200 per person i believe it is.

I am not taking a side on this i would just like a explanation on why people are protesting in Toronto, what do they want changed. and please save the 99 percent speech it is not that bad up her.

Is it just bullshit protesting for attention or do they want a law or regulation changed?

  • Where can i buy a old school brick phone that works.?

my sister keeps losing her phone, im going to get her an old school brick phone that works :P, i know they sell them and ship them from hong kong on ebay (and yes they use sim cards). but id rather get one from north America cause i dont have much time to get her her present.

Does anyone know any venders that sell them here, id prefer coming from Canada cause dont have to worry about custom delays, U.S is cool too should not be that much of a wait.
