bird lady 2

I am in the middle of buying a home and have just found out that 4 of the things that were in the MLS listing are not in the home like the owned water softener, the wood floor, all appliances were removed along with all lighting and fixtures, and I want these things remedied before I close. Am I right in asking these things to be done as I am a first time buyer and my agent makes me feel like I am being a pain in the butt. I don't want to be stuck with a home that possibly had a flood or something like that and sign off to it and have to pay for a 30 k roof :(

all of the cages are in the same room, flight cages. I went away and I think they all got sick.

I'm trying to get a loan and on one page it said priority buyer- on the next it said if caivrs indicates federal delinquency/ lien this loan must be documented and underwritten to Fha's refer requirements.

This morning the mother tiel flew into the kitchen onto my shoulder and saw me feeding her 3 babies,I can't completely take them away as I have a very busy week coming up ,but all day when she would go into the nest box the babies would cry.I finally looked in on them and caught her biting at their necks and heads.I don't know what to do,they are too young to leave on their own all day when I'm not going to be home but I don't know why she snapped,I believe it's because she saw me feeding them and they are hers.Any help would be appreciated. if you have a tiel egg and you can hear the chirping inside and feel the movement since last night should you help?

I just started breeding cockatiels and I can't find leg bands anywhere,would anyone know where to get them,I've tried several sites on line inluding fosters,I'm at a loss but they can't be sold without a leg band. thanks in advance.

my cockatiel was 5 weeks old and flying all over the place,into windows,doors every room in the house,just getting into a lot of trouble.I am supposed to be selling this bird to somebody in a couple of weeks so I clipped the top 5 wings pretty short so she wouldn't hurt herself before she went any where.Well unbenounced to me the bird is now flying backwards,what a jacka** Will she be okay when the wings come back in. Only answer if you really know about wing clipping as I obviously didn't please.I don't mean to insult anybody.I just really need an answer.

I have 4 baby cockatiels 6 weeks old,one of them sounds like he's been beaten when I touch him He doesn't whistle he cries,has anyone ever heard a bird like this?

If I have a lot of cockatiels ,will it be harder to get them to become close. I've found even with sharing the feedings,not completely hand feeding this time supplimenting and spending lots of time,they still aren't as freindly as I thought they would be.Their not aggrssive,just don't want to be bothered,they'd rather hang out and play.They have a lot of room and are rarely in the cage.

I have been watching my hen so she won't lay any more eggs,so all day yesterday I wouldn't let kiki ,her mate near her unless he went into the nest box.Do they mate in the nest box also?I was ubder the impression that was just for sitting,yesterday there were three eggs today4, I still have 3 to get rid of in 2 wks. and 3 people backed down!

I have been in a relationship persay,not physical, for 7 years The first 4 we pretty much were drunks who fought and beat each other up mentally and physically,Then we got sober and I realized I can't stand him. At this point I'm going through many surgeries and I cannot afford to even move.I don't even have the strength to fight with him anymore,we pretty much just sleep in the same room and share the bills,other than that I don't even like him.Any advice would be great.

I've had 4 adults for several years,and they have their own playground in my livingroom.In dec. I figured out who the fem. was and who the male was on xmas day, a couple of days later mom layed an egg so i got a nest box and my life hasn't been the same.I cannot get the babies out of the house before she's got more eggs in the box.I don't in anykind of abortion and i know it's dangerous for mom,she's layed 3 eggs already so is the danger over for her as long as she doesn't lay anymore eggs.by the way this will be her third clutch since Dec.

i have two cockatiels that I've written about this morning,they just had a crop about a month and a half ago.this is their second crop and i know it wore on them because it was back to back. they want to mate again and the babies are 6 wks. old,what can i do without them hating me or going crazy on me,i love them but i dont want her to die or get egg bound.

I have 4 2 were flying great but all the time,was it too early to clip their wings so they don't hurt themselves.Please somebody answer soon I feel bad.also ,this is the 2nd. crop out of the parents back to back and they want to go at it again with the babies still sleeping in the nesting box and depending on them,what should I do?
