Ok so my TV is screwed up because I pushed the channel button on accident thinking it was the volume button. I pushed it one channel up and that was it. It won't respond to anything I try. The cable box that's hooked up to the TV still works just fine, but I can't see what's on since the TV is jacked up. I've pushed every button I could find and still nothing. I don't know what to do.

I'm so sick of seeing them for only women. What stores are out there that I can go to and buy some? I already know of every single online store there is, and I don't want them. I want an actual store that I can walk into to get them. PLEASE HELP

Is this racist or something? Just curious.

I'm 15, I've been working out for a while now but my Dad's gone for a while so I have no one to take me to our usual gym. I know the basics but I would like to know more. I really want to know the MOST EFFECTIVE workouts for my arms(biceps + triceps etc.) I also want good techniques for legs and chest. I'm doing good for my mid section. It's one of my favorite songs, "90 Millas" from Gloria Estefan's latest album '90 Millas'. I understand the Spanish from it, I just don't understand is the Afro-Spanish parts. I know who Elegua is he is a god from the Cuban religion'-Santeria-' I know all about him.I know that the Spanish in Cuba has borrowed a lot of it's words and phases from the Canary Islands.
