  • My sister-in-law ruins Christmas?

My OH always invites her around for Christmas so she's not alone. Thing is, even though she does her best to disguise it, she always seems a bit sad for reasons I've never full understood and it ruins the Christmas of everyone else. I've told him that I just don't want her here this Christmas, but that news didn't go down well and he is insisting that she is invited or he's going to spend Christmas at her place instead.

How can I make this tolerable?

  • Sister-in-law doesn't eat Christmas food?

My other half insists that we have his sister around for Christmas, but she's an extremely fussy eater and will eat hardly any Christmas food - she doesn't like roast dinners full stop. Her range is very limited.

OH has said that she'll be happy to just bring her own food, but that just seems rude to me. I'd prefer to not have her over for Christmas at all, it just brings the whole mood down - she'd probably be happier left to her own devices for the day.

    What can I do?

  • My boyfriend plans to propose to me... :S?

Let's just say one of his friends has a loose tongue when under the influence of alcohol. ;)

Apparently, my boyfriend is planning to propose to me. I don't even know where this has come from, he's never said or suggested that he wants to get married and I don't think I've giving him any signs that I want him to propose...

The point is, I don't want to get married, but I don't want to either humiliate him by saying no or break up ... which is going to be the end result if he does propose, because I'll say no and couples don't recover from that, do they?

So, I need a way to put him off of proposing to me. I initially assumed that he was talked into it by a friend ("Dude, you've been together X long, time to marry her" sort of thing) which would make it easy ... but what if he hasn't? What if this is his idea and he does want to marry me?

    Any suggestions? :(

  • All of my ex boyfriends are gay?

Everybody I've dated has turned out to be gay. What does this say about me - do I have really bad taste, do I get straight blokes and *turn* them gay...?

  • Keep on dreaming about friend's brother?

I keep on having erotic dreams about a good friend's brother and myself. I've never felt about him in any sort of romantic way before and, even now when I see him in real life, I don't have any sort of romantic feelings towards him ... but these dreams, my god!

Why does this keep happening, and what does it mean?
