  • Why do my friends on Facebook think it's ok to friend request my girlfriend?

Ok I get it in the crazy Facebook generation we live in people what to seem more popular than they actually are in this "how many Facebook friends you have competition" and fair enough if she's actually met a friend of mine and they get along why not add them on fb, but when it comes to friends I hardly ever talk to let alone her ever even met this becomes a bit weird to me, and its not just my friends, her friends I've never spoken to or met try to add me as a friend??? I'm I just old fashioned or very strict about who I add on Facebook? I need to at least met someone and like them, especially in this day and age of internet weirdos

  • How much is a reasonable amount of time to be out of America before returning on a ESTA (Visa Waiver Program)?

I just returned to England from the USA after staying there for the full 90 days on the ESTA, and was just wondering how much is a reasonable amount of time to leave before returning, as I m desperate to go visit my girlfriend again. I was thinking of going back in a month for sometime, do you think this would be ok? Anyone have any first hand experience of a similar problem? Or have any ideas how long I should stay out of the USA and how long I should stay with my next visit? Thanks for any help.

  • What's the point of anything?

It doesn't seem to matter whatever you achieve in your life one day you'll die, gone, even if you help improve the life of others, one day they will die too, gone into nothingness. And if that is really the point, to make life better for the ones who come after us? So we're all constantly working towards something we're never going to get to see or experience, all seems kind of pointless.

  • Why would women like Fight Club?

This movie never really paints women in a very good light, and kinda blames them for the down fall of the male role in society, so i don't understand when some women i know class it as their favourite movie?

  • Whats the maximum speed you can do on a dual carriageway before a speed camera with catch you?

I was stupidly doing about 80mph in a rush to get home after work on a dual carriageway. Its a road i go down everyday, but today i noticed one of them speed camera vans parked in a lay-by! So i think i just about managed to slow down to about 70mph or just above in time? But i'm not sure how the law goes with speed cameras? Is it dead on 70mph, or is it 70mph plus 10%?

  • Can i go to a senior screening of a movie at Odeon if I'm not a senior citizen?

I didn't get a chance to see the Total Recall remake when i came out a few months back, and now my local Odeon is only doing a one off senior screening of this movie. I really want to see this on the big screen not DVD, i don't care if you think it was a bad movie either, i would rather judge that for myself,

    thanks!

  • Is there anyway of finding out how many points i have on my Driving License?

So while back i when i was young and not i very good driver i got into a few scrapes in my car, which end up with a few points on my license. Now i'm looking at getting insurance again, but all insurers want to know if I've had any points in the last 5 years? and since the DVAL take the points off your Counterpart after 3 years and don't count them anymore after 4 years, i honestly can't remember if my points were 4 or 5 years old?

  • Any one know of any ways of getting rid of flesh tunnels?

Ok so when i was younger I thought getting flesh tunnels would be cool, and it has been. But now after like 12 years I just want normal ear lobes again, and I think it might help with employment opportunities. I think at one point I had them up to 15mm, and there now down to 6mm, and to be honest I don't really notice them any more, but I would just like them gone.

Please no stupid answers! I was fully aware at the time when I was stretching them that it may well be a permanent thing, and where as I have enjoyed having them I just think maybe its time to lose them.

If anyone has out there has managed to get rid of your flesh tunnel, or know of anyone else who has I would be most grateful for any advice or help in what you did to achieve it,

    Many thanks

  • Points on driving license and driving jobs?

Ok so i applied for a driving job which ask for no more than 6 points on your driving license. On my license i have 9 points, but 6 of them are 4 year old and the other 3 are 3 years old. I hear that points don't count after 3 years and can be removed after 4 years.

So what i want to know is Do employers still count points that are physically still on the license but no longer valid?
