i have this old Linksys EA3500 N750 Dual-Band Smart Wi-Fi Router.

i have never used it before. i wonder if i can use it as a travel router in hotels which requires two-steps sign-in?

i am trying to use google chromecast, but it can't connect to those free wifi directly. so i need to set up a private hotspot first.

but it seems that i need to use cell phone's data in order to set up the hotspot.

is there anyway to "convert" free wifi to my private wifi, so i can use chromecast, etc?

i tried to setup a wifi hotspot, but it seems that it will only work if it has access to my cell phone data.

i tried it with a tablet with only wifi access, but i can't seem to find any app that works.

so now i wonder if i must have data plan on some machine in order for it to be set as a wifi hotspot.

i had this old laptop, it was using windows 10, i think. but i don't have the disc. so i installed windows xp on it.

i just found out that the unallocated disk is actually bigger than the c drive.

1. i wonder how that happened? i don't remember assigning such empty disk space.

2. is there any easy to assign a letter to it, and use it as another drive on the laptop?

3. i have tried to connect some external hard drives to this laptop, but i can't. is it caused by this unallocated disk drive?

i have a sort of deep line in the front of one of my teeth, i have had it for a long time, it hasn't got worse.

the dentist suggests to fill it with composite. but i am afraid that it will come off in the future, then it has to be refilled again, etc. it will only get worse.

if i don't fix it, at least i can observe it. i can always fix it later?

they are at the end of my teeth and gum areas, the enamel are gone. not very big.

it has been like that for a while now.

however, i went to the dentist, because one of the old composite on the front of my tooth came off.

so i am afraid that if i fix the others, sooner or late, the composite will also become loose, then i will have to go to the dentist to fix them again. and the area will get bigger and bigger.

then i will have to get a crown for each of those teeth. omg!

if i don't fix them, then at least, i can see them and if they get worse, i can always fix them later.

but the fluorescent was connected to three wires, i think.

a feral cat had 4 kittens at my backyard in march, she stayed there for about a month. i was able to take those kittens and interact with them daily until when they started to open their eyes. then she moved them to other unknown location.

so i just caught one of them last tuesday. so she is like 3 months old.

about five days later, she seems to be totally tame, just like a totally domestic cat.

now i wonder.

if that is normal for those real feral kittens? or is it because i interacted with her during her first month?
