I just recently got a 9 month old male guinea pig. I keep reading everywhere that guinea pigs need to have a cage mate. He's not neutered and I'm not sure I am ready to take care of baby guinea pigs so I don't think a female would be best but I would be scared of fighting happening if I got another male.

Is it necessary for tenants to have insurance when they start to rent an apartment? Do I have to get it? Is it illegal otherwise?
