I'm building furniture such as coffee tables, end tables and benches etc for some extra cash. The part that seems to be slowing me down the most is sanding and the finishing process as it has to dry (Priming, staining and clear coat) Any tips to speed up this process so I can build more and finish these time consuming projects? I understand I'm a one man team working with decent tools, any tips to speed up the process. How does industry pump out these things so quickly? Besides the extra labor and capital. 

I'm looking to buy a vacant lot from my local government, they say that it has a 5 year building commitment. Am I legally obligated to build within 5 years, could they take it away from me? or could I just sit on it?

I've tried day trading stocks, penny stocks, affilate marketing, dropshipping, inbound closing. Why does nothing work or doesnt work consistently. I personally hate being an employee and wish to escape this, I know theres a better way to living life then punching a clock 40 hour a week. I've spend endless amounts of $$$ on courses and capital expenses but have gotten nowhere. Anyone have any ideas or similar experiences. 

Best methods for making money with real estate in canada? Also best method to acquire it without little capital. I've got $60,000 cad in the bank, but I've seen people buy it with little to no money at all.

I know rental income is taxed as capital gains 50%, any tricks or methods to reduce paying taxes on rental income. Start a corperation, write offs etc. 

I have $60,000 in cad all in assets in the stock market. My main focus was on passive income through dividend stocks with an average dividend roi of $3500cad a year. I recently discovered p2p lending on kucoin with Tether (usdt) which could give me around $20,000 in passive income a year. Should I be focused on growth through stocks or passive income. What do you think is better. Fyi I'm young only 20.

I'm a Canadian citizen and bought a property in Arkansas USA as an investment for $450 usd: worked out to be $600Cad anyways. If I sold it for more, say $1,500usd do I have to pay capital gains taxes? If so how would that work do I pay the IRS or CRA also how much?

Say I wanted to create my own water bottle and custom label it to sell on Amazon. I start by having it manufactured through a supplier (ablibaba). Would I need to own the patient on the item to be able to create my own or have there permission? I m a bit confused. Like I would be creating my own label (branding), but on the design of the bottle itself who owns the right to use it? Some items everyone copies and makes there own labels with other products are restricted, maybe if someone could explain this that would help thanks.

I have a hard time getting people to want to hangout or do things over the summer because, "A" they are busy (Work, plans, vacation etc) or "B" they don't want to (they are either lazy or don't feel any interest) Haven't had a good summer in a while, and things are starting to go down hill, can already see the signs. Any suggestions on how to persuade or gain interest in group activites?

This girl I like dropped her classes this semester because she missed a lot of days and was sick. We are just acquaintances, I was also wondering how I could ask her to hangout and then possible take things to the next level if she's interested. The problem is that I don't see her at school and didn't really talk to her that much when she was there.
