Hi, i am using my Worksmith dremel/rotary tool for sanding a small piece of wood, but it just wont run at anything lower than Max (speeds are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and max). At any other speed the tool doesn't make any noise but as soon as i put it up to 6, it sounds like a jet is taking off and the thing goes whirling. This is way too fast of a speed for me, as it throws up the dust from the paint im sanding off which is pretty dangerous. Does anybody know what could be the issue and how to fix it?

Within the past week i have found 13 blue jay feathers, and yet blue jays aren't common to my neighborhood. I live in Columbus, Georgia, if that is any relevance. I just find it off that i find feathers whenever i go outside, usually 3 or 4 at a time in a roughly linear fashion (as if the bird was losing them as it swooped low). Do blue jays shed their feathers this time or year or are they prone to any sort of disorders that cause this? If it is any help, these are the dark blue and black striped feathers with white tips, which i believe to be the tail feathers.

About two weeks ago, I sent a friend of mine a necklace in the mail, but it didn't have enough postage on it (resulting in a $.25 charge). They have not sent the envelope back and my friend does not have any way of getting to the post office to pick it up (their dad has the car for work and gets home after the post closes). What can be done about this?

Also: Will the post office charge her more for having had to keep it in storage for two weeks?

Will I be able to play a game again from the start without having to start a new game? For instance: If I'm playing Battlefield 3 on one account, but my little brother wants to play it from the beginning, can I just make a new account and have the saves restart on his account (while maintaining my save), or will it still be saved where I am still?

So Homecoming is in 14 days, and Im just planning out my attire a bit.

To start off with, I should show you all my girlfriend's dress, so that you may see what I'm working with. I'm not trying to match anything, just not "clash".

As you can see, it's not your typical dance dress, but still fits the part very well.

For me, I was thinking about wearing shiny, dark dress shoes, black slacks, a medium-blue (a little darker than the blue found in hyperlinks), a black tuxedo vest, and a patterned white and black bowtie to reflect her dress.

So my girlfriend and I will have been dating for a month on Monday, so I wanted to give her something special. We're not exactly celebrating, but will instead simply hang out and enjoy each other's company. Typically one month would call for some flowers, but since flowers die and fade away, I thought I would do something a little different. I am quite handy with metal, so I thought I would hand-craft a Forget-Me-Not out of brass and copper, and then paint it myself to look like the actual flower, thus creating one that will never wilt or die. I would place it in one of those wooden boxes with the glass window in the lid and most likely paint the box as well. It would depict a Spring scene with blooming flowers and open fields with the words "Spring is always around when you're bringing me sunshine and liveliness anew." Or something similar to that. The box would also be inlaid with deep red felt to accentuate the bright colors of the blue flower and to represent the color of Love.

Just so you all know, this is not a out-of-the-blue relationship, as she and I have loved each other for nearly 3 years, but family issues and the like have prevented us from dating. Now that everything is resolved, we can finally be together and are very happy with one another. :3

So what do you guys think of my plan?

So with the upcoming release of Harry Potter 7 Part 2, I wanted to take my girlfriend out to see it on the 15th (still will), but she wants to see it first at the midnight premiere with her friends (I wont be able to make it). I'm fine if she wants to go with them, but just feel that she wont be as excited or interested when she goes to see it with me again later that day. I know she has her friends and wants to hang out with them, so that is no issue at all.

What do you guys think she should do, and what would you choose to do if you were in her position?

Because the Rapture is technically designed as the rising to God's salvation FROM EARTH, but since those men and women in the space shuttle and ISS aren't on Earth, what happens to them? :P

(Take this with a grain of salt, since I'm not trying to make fun of anything. I believe it's a good question though)

will I get the exp accumulated from those quests after I purchase a trial, or is that experience simply lost? I know that I can still continue quests and get the rewards from them, but I am capped at level 20 with the trial.

I'm looking to build some sort of aircraft for my Warhammer 40k Space Marines (scratch built if need be), but they really don't have much to choose from that isn't Apoc.

There's the land speeders, which are really nifty, but not quite what I'm looking for. Is there anything beefy, such as the IG Lightning/ Marauder other than the Storm Raven? I know they really don't rely on vehicles for combat, but they've got to have SOMETHING.

If there is no such thing, give me ideas of something to make that is game-legal, please.
