How likely am i to get an infection? It was pretty damn old...

Specifically goth in my case, but anyone can answer. I'm sure lolitas would have good advice because of the expense and elaborate styling.

My current wardrobe is pretty much t shirts (like band t shirts and shirts from H&M), skinny jeans, and combat boots. (I'm a guy btw.) Mostly black, sure, but nothing that really reads as 'goth'. How do I phase trad goth looks in? Do I buy shoes or a jacket and wear them with the clothes I have, or do I wait until I have a full outfit or a few? When do I change my hair/wear makeup? How do I change my look without looking stupid in between or spending an absurd amount of money?

My hair is quite dry, so I tend to wash it every 2-4 days to keep the natural oils in (and save time!). However it also looks very thin right now because it is very straight and partly shaved. I usually backcomb the roots to give it some volume, but that falls out in a few hours. I want to use something like mousse or salt spray to hold that in and texturize, but I don't want to dry my hair out by washing it every day.

I need to move the part on this wig from where it is pre-styled. I am using heat tools (it s a heat resistant wig) but my hair dryer isn t hot enough and I don t own a heat torch. I tried to use a straightener, but it isn t really made to do this. Is there another item I might have that could serve as a heat torch?

do people know it's fake but not say it, like telling scary stories, or do they actually believe all this **** is real? not talking about scripting, but stuff like punches that are obviously played up or faked.

My bobbin tension has been acting up a ton, I'm going to take my machine to a shop as soon as I have a chance but right now I am working on a time sensitive project so I won't be able to for at least a week. Anyway I have been managing fine with that but just now the tension changed such that the top and bottom threads both look loose. The dial is set currently at 4 (this is my normal setting, I have a Brother CS-6000). How do I adjust for this? Quick solutions only please

I accidentally tore the fabric with a seam ripper. The tear is about 1/2 inch and along the grain. The fabric is a relatively open weave linen/rayon blend. Because the fabric is kind of annoying and slippery (open weave + rayon = sad times) and the tear is so small I don't think a slip stitch will work, so what should I use instead?

Looking for an adhesive that will stick metal buckles to fake leather shoes for a day or so but I can take the buckles off later without hurting the shoes. Is there any such thing?

I've had bad acne for almost ten years (since late elementary school) that I've recently been able to clear up completely with medication. However, since I had it for so long my skin is very red and scarred and the scars have accumulated for a long time. Will vitamin E be able to fade scars when they are so old (up to 10 years)?

The tap to click/drag function is not working on my brand new (1 month ish) Dell Inspiron. When I try to click with a tap it only sometimes works, and when I try to click and drag the cursor doesn't "lift" unless I click manually. The "allow taps on the touchpad" and "allow double tap and drag" options are both turned ON in settings.
