What is that supposed to accomplish?

Once again, looking for some honest clarification. "Deut 24:16 Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers. Each one shall be put to death for his own sin."

"Exod 20:5 You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation"

I was wondering if someone could explain how these do not contradict one another. Also; I realize this is Old Testament. No need to comment about that. Thanks!

Are any of you bothered by what happens in Numbers 31? This is an honest question. "And now slay every male among the little ones," "But all the female children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourself"

The bible pretty much says don't be gay, multiple times. Doesn't that make these people....Hypocrites?

I live in a small Arkansas town. I am the only atheist that I know, and am interested in maybe getting a billboard put up, in case their are other atheists out there that feel the same as me.

I was kneed in the ear. It hurts pretty bad, and everything sounds muffled. Do I need to see a doc?

Experiencing a ton of pain. I can still hear out of it though, it just sounds muffled. No blood or anything I'm hoping some water will drain out, and everything will be good.

My weed eater turns on fine,but whenever I give it some gas it sputters, and doesn't spin any faster. Sometimes this makes it turn off.
