I mean after this octomom stuff and all the welfare leeches, why don't we just start telling people what they can and they can't do with their bodies that affects another being? At my work they where asking people to volunteer to take more hours doing a specialized job and they specifically said "We need a few large GUYS" to do this and they said the word GUYS repeatedly, a female coworker of mine was very irate about this, is this illegal for them to discriminate this way?

Awhile back I had a tramatic violent act done to me repeatedly for the better part of a year or more (I can't completely remember when it all started or ended) and recently I started having break through memories comming back that make me panic and get frighted and sad all over again, I'm on medicine but its not seeming to help. when I do the same thing over and over..my mind starts to wander back I have flashbacks again. but I have to do this for my job..so when I am working I start to get flashbacks and start tearing up sometimes and I just can't get past it. I've been on medicine for awhile but its really easy to tip these off...what to do???
