Is it possible to control what I see during sleep paralysis?
After some experience with this, I have been finding myself amused. I'm actually having kind of fun looking at all possibilities that goes inside my head. I was wondering if it's possible to control what I see. I keep trying but no luck.
3 AnswersDream Interpretation2 months agoIs it possible to regain hair?
I'm 28 and turn 29 in March. Just noticed I lost a significant amount of hair to notice a difference at this point. My dad lost most of his hair already. My brother is going down the same path and he is 27 turning 28 in February. This also happened to one of my cousins on my father side of the family. I'm starting to accept the inevitable but perhaps I should hear if anyone regained some of their hair before. None of my family did anything about their hair loss.
1 AnswerHair5 months agoDo I have to show symptoms to get tested for COVID-19?
I was informed that a coworker got sick. Later found out, from another coworker, that her husband was infected with COVID-19 and she went to get herself tested. She did come out positive. We wore our masks and I was working with the infected coworker yesterday. However, I hardly ever get close to anyone just cause I can get a little claustrophobic. Apparently, we weren't supposed to know this. So I don't know if the infected coworker texted another coworker. I don't know what is going on. I was fine yesterday and still feeling good today. I want to get myself tested to be sure but I don't even know if they will refuse me. I have no symptoms at all.
Did you get tested without showing symptoms?

4 AnswersHigher Education (University +)8 months agoWhat are some acceptable form of proof that I have a college degree?
Apart from showing my actual degree. I want to keep it in the house for safe keeping. I don't want any damages or risk anything. I am pretty sure employers would like to see proof that I finished college.
6 AnswersHigher Education (University +)10 months agoFeeling nervous about job interview related to what I studied for?
I majored in Environmental Science. Most of my grades are B's. When I got interviewed for fast food or retail, I never got nervous. There were so many of these jobs that I had nothing to lose. With this one I feel nervous cause everything I learned from school blanks out. It's like I know it when I can write it on paper but doing it by hand is where I blank out.
3 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment10 months agoDo you claim disability status?
I am applying for Environmental Technician. I do have autism. Normally, I never answer these questions but they give me a yes or no option.
1 AnswerPeople with Disabilities10 months agoDo interviewers ask why it took long to finish college? Would my answer be good?
I took ten years to graduate college. This was mostly because I was paying classes I can afford out of pocket as opposed to borrowing money to take more classes.

I feel like it's kind of redundant to put down my Associate of Natural Science when I have something higher now.
4 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment12 months agoIs it possible I can get a career that may not be related to my Bachelor Degree?
I am finishing college soon with a major of Environmental Science and minor in Mathematics. As I am waiting to see if I will be graduating, I have noticed that I tend to enjoy math more than science. Would it be possible for me to get a job that is related to math?
2 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment1 year agoGraduating while retaining only about half of what I learned? :(?
Assuming I passed my class, I will be graduating. I am looking back on everything I have been taught and realized I can only remember half of what I learned. I can easily remember most of what I have learned from most of my math classes. Unfortunately, I remember only a small amount from my science classes. I went with Environmental Science major with a minor in Mathematics. Got me thinking I should have just majored in Mathematics since I tend to excel better.
Does anyone get kind of nervous about forgetting everything after graduation?
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 year agoI think I'm doing something wrong?
I have to minimize f(x)=(1/2)(x^T)Ax+(b^T)x+c. So I derived and thought I should have gotten Ax-b then rearrange it to Ax=b. However, as I use Gaussian Elimination, it got me wondering where the c comes in because I'm solving for Ax=b for finding absolute minimum.
A=2x2 matrix
b=2x1 matrix
c=1x1 matrix

I like to see who has a limit as to when the government goes too far for our safety.
3 AnswersPolitics1 year agoIs there a software that can find critical points for x,y,z coordinates?
This is for Numerical Analysis. The professor wants us to get more involved with using softwares instead of relying on hand by hand. So he intentionally gives us questions that are impossible to solve by hand. I have a function of f(x,y,z), set up a gradient, and put everything into macro on excel. I just need a reliable software to help find a critical point.

For some reason my phone decided to update it. Irritating. I usually download stuff from school to read.
1 AnswerGoogle1 year agoAre there people who graduated from university who didn't go to what they majored in?
I am fixing to graduate with a major in Environmental Science and Minor in Mathematics. Although I mostly just went out of pressure. Originally planned to stop after I got my Associate of Natural Science but decided since I had excess money leftover after saving money I got back from Pell Grant, I figure I should use it for the intended purpose plus some of my saved money from my jobs. It's just I have became somewhat more interested in working with my hands that I'm not sure if I will pick a job that correlates with my major anymore. Decided to finish school anyways just so the degree would be more like insurance or something to fall back on.
