How to view download tab from mobile on Chrome?
For some reason my phone decided to update it. Irritating. I usually download stuff from school to read.

I go to where it says Bookmarks, Recent Tabs, History, and there is Downloads. Or how can I go to the old version?
Update 3:
It doesn't show the three small dots.

Open the browser, click on the three small dot icons in the upper right corner, you will find what you want.
