I am a Giants fan but I'm picking Buffalo to win at Giants Stadium primarily because it's a home game for them.

I have provided Family Day Care since 1975. I realize that kids explore their bodies BUT I have one child (female) who constantly has a pillow or blanket wedged between her legs and "humps" it.Never have I witnessed this as an obsession. This is especially done while calming herself to nap. Should I just over look it or is the frequency a sign of something her pediatrician should know?

There are many issues which have our country divided. The most alarming part of it is the venom with which we speak to each other. The intolerance belongs to all groups and I'm tired of talking to name-calling children instead of thoughtful adults. We are Americans all and deserve respect for our ideas and should respect those who disagree. What the heck is going on?

I realize that climate and weather are not the same. Our human records of climatic events barely spans one millionth of a millisecond in the life of our planet. It is noble to try to predict and question evidence but to profess that any of us has THE answer is absurd, in my opinion. What do you think?

Thought we older ladies could offer some wisdom...hope they are listening :-)

It seems to me that there are many people who are intelligent yet have little or no imagination. What is responsible for the development of imaginative "powers", in your opinion?

I received a digital photo frame for Christmas. It plays from a photo card so I'd like to add my photos, from my computer files,to my camera card. Can this be done? How?

I'm compiling a list of things that have changed since I was a kid.I thought it would be a fun list to hand out during family gatherings to inspire fun discussions!

Many of the things have changed for the better but some...You decide. Please add to my list and I'll pick the best one .

The following is a list of things I remember from my childhood.They have all changed. Some for the better and some...You decide.

3.when your dog was free to roam your neighborhood.

40.when "working" mothers were considered selfish.

41.when hitchhiking wasn't considered a dangerous activity.

42.when your Halloween lasted as long as you could and produced pillowcases of rewards.

43.when you had to wait to hear your favorite song on the radio.

44.when your parents had friends over and the kids were not a part of it.

45.when people dressed up for church,court, and holidays.

46.when meals were eaten at a table not in front of the television.

47.when visiting the library was for books not videos.

48.when TVs had no remote.

49.when kids got fewer phone calls than their parents.

50.when the amount of fun you had was measured by how dirty you got!

I used to buy a vanilla twisted stick candy at the local store when I was with my grandfather.(45 yrs. ago)

It had a chalky texture and all that I can think is it was some kind of meringue. I've looked at specialty candy shops but have had no luck. Does anyone remember them and know where I could find them?

Does anyone know if dogs can take Benedryl ? I know they can take Pepto Bismol.

I practice worst case senarios in my head for many things-This makes me feel prepared and has helped in emergencies.

Tell me if you do this and has it helped you to respond well in an emergency?
