I want to dilute liquid dish detergent but prevent/reduce bacteria growth. I thought to add some bleach to this dilution. I prefer a dilution of approximately one part soap to ten parts water. For ease of numbers, 1/4 cups soap to 2 1/2 cups water. How much bleach should I add if I want it to be safe for a year, please?

I have no wifi. I use maps to find locations for my job. It seems as though as little as I use it, not even using it as I am driving, my data use spikes and I am charged extra each month. I have even just used it to take screen shots of important turns, etc., and still used lots of data. Why? Is there a way to do this by using less data, please?

I have moved to Miami Florida and noticed that many, many people speak Spanish, address me in Spanish, speak Spanish in front of me without verifying that I understand them, etc. Even when I ask them to please speak English in front of me, they often defend their actions and say that it didn't have anything to do with me, which I still think is rude. I was taught to not act like that. Additionally, given the reverse situation, I hardly think that any other country would accept me without learning their language, and of course I would not expect them to, as my father did not expect that when he came here. Given the tremendous financial, social, and cultural strains that Miami has had to endure by accepting these people who desired to come here, I cannot understand why the language and culture that was established here before their arrival are not being given more respect. Can you please explain the mindset that has resulted in this happening so often in Miami?

My friend went to a bank for a mortgage to pay off her home equity loan and her credit cards. They knew her debt to income (DTI) ratio then. THEY offered her a mortgage.

Then they wanted a little more paperwork and she did that.

Then they rejected her, saying her debt to income ratio was too high.

They knew her debt to income ratio in the very beginning.

What reasons does the bank have to do this? Thank you!

My friend asked me to check her kid's math test answers that were marked wrong. As a math tutor, I found that the kid's answers were correct, and the teacher was actually wrong on several of the problems (similar types of problems). How should the parent handle it?

Neither Louisiana, Georgia, nor Florida have any type of tag they could give to me to drive the car. Virginia supposedly has one but as I am not a resident of that state, I must actually GO to Virginia to apply for this transit paper tag.

Any better ideas?

And by better I do not mean what 2 people (one from the state and one from the highway patrol) in Georgia said, that I could have papers in the car, drive it without a license plate and it's up to the discretion of the police officer if you get stopped.
