Have you ever experienced something really bad happening to you like a fight with someone else, and then for such a long time you constantly have bad thoughts in your head from the past over **** that affected you? Is there a way where **** in the present doesn’t affect us, and we don’t be put in a bad mood, the stuff from the past will go away meaning won’t affect us anymore. In other words do bad memories from the past Only come to the surface when bad things in the present happen to us? If so that would be a good thing to learn one step sooner for getting over my bad ****. 

For months and months I have had very bad pulsating in my head like the blood is constantly popping in my head I feel it through my neck but every time I get checked my blood pressure, I don’t have high blood pressure. I also have pulsating in my lower back which I looked up and I’m concerned I’m having a aortic aneurysm. People if any of you are really really good with the stuff and I’m not ******* in the mood for any bullshit or joking around, please people I could use your help anyone who’s good with medical stuff like this give me advice I’m 22 btw I don’t know if that works in my favor for having these issues. 

Why do people who have no knowledge on a person’s family situation have the nerve to criticize a child who has a problem with his family when the family is the one that’s the problem not the other way around. In all honesty why do people have the nerve to say a single word about a situation if they don’t even know the person? Why is mankind so corrupt and how did it get so corrupt? 

I missed two days prior in a class however those absences were excused as I was really sick. Is it bad to miss another day that’s unexcused because of the fact that the bus I take to the city (NYC) Did not run the right way? Which led me to not being able to go to class as if I left at that point I would’ve been late or missed the class entirely.

Like if I ask him if I have a chance with a girl, he ruins my confidence unintentionally and says I don’t, he downplays  everything then when I confront him about it, he’ll take no responsibility and says he’s being honest.  I don’t have the courage to cut him off but I really want to.  He ruined my  confidence with 

the girl I was talking to once, and it’s causing me a lot of anger self-hatred and distress. Self-hatred I mean I get angry at myself for keep rely on him but he’s supportive of me because I have basically no family or friends

My whole life, my family has done **** to me, then complains when I say TRUE **** about them to other ppl to vent. Every chance they get they put me down, blame things on me, talk behind my back, verbally and emotionally abuse me. When I confront about it they don’t change what they do. I’ve been so depressed and unhappy and idk what I’m supposed to do to deal with this. I mean I’m not gonna live a normal life until I move out. 

So months back, some kid who is known to lie told me some girl I barley talk to said stuff about me to another guy. Other guy said “water under bridge” and he didn’t know what I was talking about and said how Kid 1 was messing with me? It still bothers me because it was really messed up stuff. What should I do?
