Pretty much depends on the age of the minor. if the court feels that the minor is old enough to be prosecuted as an adult. the offending party could be charged with indecent sexual exposure and possibly menecing the other party. It's not a game that I would want to play sexual crimes get you big time prison time. And when you get out you are a registered sex offender. Nowadays you need to be darn careful if you kick somebody in the balls. You could wind up being charged with sexual assault! that means that you're going to get prosecuted for sexual assault and when you get out you'll be a registered sex offender. Don't play games with sexual organs in this day and age.

You talked about this in a criminal justice class BUT didn't talk about the CRIMINAL consequences? Seems like a terrible class. Then you don't even define "very young" which is rather vague. To be that would be under the age of criminal liability anyway(which is usually around 12). What would most likely happen if reported at a very young age is they would look in to why the kid thought this was ok.

To continue my question, if he lets say when a minor is very young, exposes himself to another minor, asking for you know what, they decline and he stops and is okay with not doing it? How serious is that?
