Why does my toxic family who verbally and emotionally deteriorates me, complain when I don’t want to talk to them? ?
My whole life, my family has done **** to me, then complains when I say TRUE **** about them to other ppl to vent. Every chance they get they put me down, blame things on me, talk behind my back, verbally and emotionally abuse me. When I confront about it they don’t change what they do. I’ve been so depressed and unhappy and idk what I’m supposed to do to deal with this. I mean I’m not gonna live a normal life until I move out.
Like my friends all love me and say I am a nice kind supportive person, yet my family is just so horrible towards me, and won’t change no matter what. Tells me I need to go to therapy and I need to change when they are the ones who CAUSE MY PROBLEMS to being with! It’s always me never them ever!
