So my hamster is only 11 weeks old , and i was wondering if he needs cleaning manually with warm water only? or is it entirely the hamsters job to clean itself? i noticed he smelled of pee today and kind of smells my room out... thanks

this may sound like an odd thing to probably ask , but here goes.

my hamster is 11 weeks old and got him new 4 days ago. he had its first time today in it running ball , when it was time to remove him i noticed that he did wee while he was in the ball at some point . i only had him in the ball for the recommended 10 minutes

does a hamster just pee everywhere? or does it know to pee in its cage only? or be trained too? and is there a chance the hamster wee'd because it was scared?

its the first time she's staying over since we met and im nervous as the last thing a male enjoys is seeing a girl sitting next to you bored out of her brain and sitting in an awquard silence.

Okay so where do i start...

im 21 , and i really think i hate " people " just people in general . i feel like the world is full of monkeys , war , crime , backstabber's , losers , users , abusers.

i have an anxiety disorder that ive had for two years from being attacked and left near for dead. and since then ive started to hate people. i cant trust anyone , and feel as if " everyone is the same "

how do we know who is " legit? "

does anyone else feel this? im only 21 and i feel like im hating things i shouldnt.

so about an hour ago i was sitting down watching tv and had this really strong urge to get the scissors out and cut my hair , i didnt WANT to , i just felt like i needed to do it RIGHT NOW. but i sat down and its now passed. i suffer from anxiety attack , PTSD , and agoraphobia.. did i just have some form of ocd? why did i get this ?

hey.

so for the past 3 days iv'e had really short shooting pains in my left rib ( lasting no longer than 3 seconds ) and it comes coming and going. im male , 21 , a fair heavy smoker. not very active. the pain is under my left breast , left side rib . it seems to happen more when im walking around or doing something.

does anyone have any suggestions what this could be? im a very anxious person and im paranoid it could be my heart...

i have been unemployed for two years since i got diagnosed with a panic disorder , ptsd , and also social phobia , making me pretty much housebound .

iv'e noticed recently that when im doing something such as cleaning , lifting heavy objects ect , my body feels shaky and weak. and im guessing this is because i havent been active for two years.

so what im asking is how can i gradually be able to build my health and strength back up?

( without paying for a gym membership )

so for the past 2 years iv'e been diagnosed with agoraphobia , PTSD , and Social Phobia.

i have been smoking since 15 ( now 21 years old ) and was smoking around 10-15 a day.

i know that quitting smoking will be good for my health ect ect , but the question is , can smoking affect the way anxiety works in the body and mind? and will quitting make my anxiety easier to handle?

i know smoking can be used as a relaxant when stressed , but does it do more harm than good?

hey guys.

so the past 2 days iv'e had a very sore throat and have been taking strepsils. but today i have woken up with an upset stomach ( male ) , also i had a sudden onset of the shakes which was the worse shakes ive ever had ( as if you was outside in the cold naked ) that lasted about 20 minutes.

my stomach seems OK when sitting still , but hurts more when i move around , iv'e been put off food today and managed a sandwich

i know you guys arent doctors. but you may have felt the same.

i have also a very slight headache , tingly , but not enough to cause me discomfort.

i also had a pretty large filling 3 days ago in my mouth of thats anything to contribute? it all started the day after i had it done.

does getting a filling / crown hurt without the injection numbing ? if so how much? and is there anything else dentists can use to numb pain instead of injections? thanks

so basically around 2 hours ago i was eating some biscuits and had a sharp pain come through my tooth on my left side of my mouth ( nor back or front , around the middle ) and came to notice i have chipped a corner off the side of that tooth. as its at the back i cant see if my gums are on show , but i feel NO pain what so ever from this. so im guessing i havent upset my nerves inside the gum.. can this tooth be repaired somehow without a filling? if so , does getting a filling / crown hurt WITHOUT injection? and is there anything else beside numbing pain than injections? im going tomorrow and DREADING IT as we all do.

hey there.

so over the past two years iv'e developed anxiety , i suffer from panic attacks , Agoraphobia , and post traumatic stress disorder from my brother passing away when i was 15 , and my girlfriend leaving me after being together of 6 years ( 21 year old now )

Recently its gotten pretty bad , i wake up , and instantly shaking from nerves , stomach churning , feeling sick , feeling nauseous , and just worrying about the next time i get offered to go to a social meeting or similar.

so the question is im looking for an answer is - is it possible for me to actually get " bored " of being anxious and just end up getting over this mounting? i know there are " breathing techniques " but can i ever stand there in the mirror and say " STOP , I WANT TO BE NORMAL , I WILL BE NORMAL "

Hey all.

so i woke up 45 minutes ago with this serious shouder pain , if i sit back and dont move i dont feel anything , but as soon as i lift my arm up , or move forward sitting down , or just anything gerneral moving my arm , it feels like its popped out my socket ( i know it hasnt lol but thats what i feels like )

does anyone know why im getting this pain? i slept in my usual position when i slept and i am quite a heavy sleeper!

this is really hurting and ive never had anything this painful before for no reason?

Okay so for the past two days i developed these symptoms

- VERY BAD back pain

- Raging headache

- Sore throat ( not just sore throat , its impossible to cough without being in pain with my throat )

- Hot and cold chills , i was cold last night , got in bed for 2 minutes , i was sweltering and sweating.

- Runny nose

- and bizarrely i have Testicular aching , i have no idea why.

is this the flu ? , im a smoker of 10-15 a day also so im thinking it may be a mix with bronchitis too?

okay so im 20 this year and i fell in love with anime and manga last year , i didnt get to watch it much because i was pretty busy with relationship problems , and just general life problems.

but this year she left me and i have alot of time on my hands .. i loved her alot but i feel like now she is gone i want to watch anime forever and i could actully find love through anime.. does this make sense? i went through alot of emotional stress and that and i feel like this addiction wouldnt of got addictive if i was still with her...?

im 20 this year , and i still act like a child . like i can take care of myself and that , but i dont want to psychically grow up you know? i dont mean the sort in watching cartoons and stuff...im just immature ( not to the pathetic extent ) and i enjoy a laugh and i seem still like a kid trapped in a 20 year old body.. is this why people dont take me seriously? coz' growing up sucks!

so basically i think like this daily and its a circling thought ..

what is the point in life? in friends? friends just lie to you , backstabb you when your not looking , partners just cheat , religion never shows when needed .. the world is a mess , and i have pity for it , ive allways grown up alone with my family , ive allways been seen different from other people , sure i had friends when i was younger , but ive turned a cheek , and i dont really care if i have friends , or die alone with no partner , i enjoy being alone and doing my own thing and having friends is just a pain in the butt ... dealing with there problems... being backstabbed ..lied to... i dont know why people saw me as different ... i hate being serious and ive allways enjoyed a laugh , i lost all my friends because i just couldnt be bothered to have any ... you may think oh , this guys just a loner , but im kinda rejecting the world...rejecting society , because im bored of it to be honest... i like spending my time watching tv ...working.. earning a living and doing what i want , being married sounds like a pain being told what to do ...where to go... do you get me?

if you understand this and where im coming from , is it normal for a 20 year old to be thinking like this?

i dont seem to fit it anywhere , but at the end of the day , im only human too ..so what am i doing wrong?
