I am currently in my 3rd year of sixth form as I picked up my Art A level on my second year and now plan to go off to Uni to do a Game art and Design course. Due to me staying for a further year to complete my A2 Art subject i have had to pick up other subjects with people just starting their AS's.

I am now in a film studies class with student 3 years lower than me and i have been given a lot of reading to do about the american film industry and im having huge difficulties reading it. I have had 1 week to read over 120 pages of writing in about size 8 font and i just cant make it sink into my head.

I have never been good at exams or reading,in fact i try to avoid reading at all costs, especially out loud to people as im really slow. Its takes me a lot longer than other people in my class to read a piece of writing, or to take down notes from the teachers board, whenever i write, i can write whats on the board and by the time write it down, hes put the next one up and it doesn't go in my brain. So i have to choose to either read it and learn it, but then don't have time to write it down.

I also have problems with exams. i revise weeks before, sessions with teachers, practise papers, but i just cant write essays in a timed fashion. i can never get my grades in any subject over a C, apart from art. i often just read a sentence but not even think about or let what im reading settle in my brain.

The only thing i have noticed is that i can only learn efficiently if the teacher reads something out, or explains on the board. And i get really stressed more nowadays.

All my friends have left for Uni and now im alone at school with not many friends, i get bullied and to be honest, learning difficulties is something i just cant handle right now :(

As im in my 3rd year of 6th form, i am 19 years of age and i live in the UK. I was just wondering if anyone could have any advice or anything.

Has anyone used these new ones? Any opinions or anything.. are they just like the ultra fine ones and weak or are they stronger still?

they are from a different country (sweeden or holland i think, im not sure) and it stops halfway and people yodel, they have ripped it up to make it a part of their intro music as well. can anyone tell me the name of the band and the song please

i need a set of 2.1 speakers for my xbox 360, i dont wont one with just a 3.5mm ipod cable jack rubbish, i need a set of speakers that will have the red and white speaker jacks. cheers if anyone could send me some suggestions as i've been searching all night for ones without just the 3.5mm jacks.

Ive made a spaceship in 3D studio MAX and i need to import the spaceship into photoshop. how can i do this?

i have autodesk 3ds max 9 and photoshop 7.0 if this helps

My girlfriend and i have been playing xbox with each other for a while now and i found she was being talked to by other boy to send her, her facebook and email adddress so he could see a picture of her. I fetl quite jealous of this so told her that this wasnt to happen again or its over because shes done this with several boys before on xbox live.

Now i find out that she has added him again and started talking again. what do i do?

ive been with this girl for a year now and like her for many months before. im so close to her emotionally and im really stuck for help. ive told her it doesnt seem like she cares about my feelings, butthen re adds them again. please give me advice, i love this girl with all my heart. i need help. i dont want to leave her.

i want to take pictures of the structure of plants and the details of insects so i want a good close up macro lense camera. with the price under £450.

im making a presentation on polycarbonate in bycycle reflectors(retroreflectors) and i need to give and example of its strength using some of its stats, such as if a car hit it. it has to include calculations. and working out preferably something to do with polycarbonates impact strength. thanks

im buying a new graphics card but i dont understand what it means by GDDR3 on the specs of the card.... becasue my pc is DDR2 beased ram memory... will it still work? or is the gpu memory is like that or does it need GDDR3 ram to run it.

and come with a case with cold blue cathode tubes. it has a window on the side and stuff. it cost me a bout £400 to build but how much would it cost to buy in the shops?

im really confused about this lark??? :S

you can get this spray that can be sprayed over your car numberplate which then reflects the flash and stops the camera recognising the digits. if it stops us from getting caught.... then why dont we all use it? the camera cant get us if it cant see the plate????
