The files on my computer are fine, but whenever I plug in my external hard drive, Windows Explorer stops responding. I've done scans on windows and nothing ever comes back wrong; could it be an issue on the drive? Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

So I got my first tattoo and took off the bandage after about 2 hours. I took a shower today and doused it in hot water and let it open the pores. I then proceeded to hit it with the cold water to try and close my pores and put the A&D lotion on once it was dry. Well, a few hours later I noticed that the ink was still running just a bit so I did the hot water again, then the cold water, but colder and put more lotion, but the ink is still running off in places...is this normal? or is there something I can do to help this?
