  • Using medi-cal card at planned parenthood?

Im going to planned parenthood with a friend tomorrow for a consultation, testing and some birth control. If she uses a medi-cal card, will her parents be able to see that she has gone there? She will be 18 in a few days and we are in California if that helps. No hate please.

  • Bleeding after stopping birth control pills?

My doctor and i decided that it would be a good idea for me to "take a break" from my birth control pills just to see what would happen- i have had other issues with my lady parts and this is a test, so to speak. i ended my pack, and went on my period, which lasted a week, and then continued on with my life pill free.. or so i thought i was going to do. it is now 6 days after the end of my period (13 days of no pills) and as I was riding my horse i started to bleed again. is this normal? has anyone else experienced this? i also have been having headaches lately.

    serious answers only please

  • Help with this math question?

We have been working for hours and cant seem to get it right.

Mrs. Hernanadez is covering the top of a kitchen shelf that is 26879-04-05-00-00-pre_files/i0220000.jpg inches long and 15879-04-05-00-00-pre_files/i0220001.jpg inches wide. She incorrectly measures the length to be 25 inches long. How will this error affect her calculations?

    a.

It will cause her to overestimate the shelf by about 25 square inches

    c.

It will cause her to overestimate the shelf by about 21 square inches

    b.

It will cause her to underestimate the shelf by about 25 square inches

    d.

It will cause her to underestimate the shelf by about 21 square inches

  • Experiences at the Disneyland Kennel?

Whenever we go out of town, we always leave our dogs in a local dog kennel because we live in the country and they are escape artists. one is more of a house dog, and the other 2 sillies are outdoor dogs and kinda crazy. anyway, I wanted to take my indoor dog with me because I stress something horrible when I don't have her with me (shes basically my emotional support dog) and its not that I don't trust our kennel but I would just rather have her with me. its about a 3-4 hour drive (she is good in the car) and our hotel is pet friendly and we would be there from Friday night to Saturday morning. the trip isn't for a while but I want to decide now. she is a 32 pound, queensland heeler mix. has anyone had any experiences with the kennel at Disneyland so she could stay there while we are at the park? any experiences. I just figured if shes gonna be put somewhere that's not home, it doesn't really matter if its the kennel here or somewhere else.

She would only be kenneled half of the time... the other half she would be with my family in our hotel. if we leave her home shes gonna be kenneled anyway, but shes been there before and she stays with my 2 other crazies. I read reviews of the kennel club at Disney online and there were few bad ones, but im just not sure.

  • Horse with a "hitch" in her stifle? PSSM? other problems?

I own a 7 year old Percheron TB cross. I got her at an auction a year ago and she hasnt shown any signs of lameness. but, when i first got her, with almost every step her stifle "pops" or "clicks". she had a lameness test done and she was 100% sound. She steps evenly, her hips rotate evenly, she isnt in pain, she rides fine and plays fine, but I know that 90 percent of draft breeds have PSSM so I sent in the hair sample to test it. the results arent back yet but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar? can you share the solution? I would really appreciate it.

  • My dog has gotten into some dark chocolate. what to do?

About 4 hours ago, my 42 pound lab/boston/bull terrier mix got into some dark chocolate covered blueberries/Acai berries. you know, the ones you get from Costco. Anyway, my little brother left them on the floor and she got into them for maybe a minute, she had spilled them under the couch so she had trouble getting to them. she hasnt thrown up or had diarrhea , shes was her normal crazy self and now shes sleeping in her crate. is there anything i should be worried about? I feel like if she hasnt puked or something already shes probably fine... I just wanted to see what others thought. No rude comments please.

  • What is a good hairstyle for going to a play on broadway?

Im going to see phantom of the opera this weekend, and the dress code is black tie/glamorous. I have a great outfit with some stunning but extremely tall heels...Im at least 6 feet tall with them on. but i dont know what to do with my hair. I have really, really straight long hair so i have lots of options, but i just dont know. I think that too much of an up-do would just make me look too tall.. I dont know. just wanted to see if anyone has any classy hairstyles or something (:

  • Why cant the US government just print more money?

I know this question has been asked alot, but what if the US government made enough to pay back its debt to other countries.. but didnt tell anyone? inflation isnt real- it is created in people's minds. so if the US was just, Reset back to zero, what would be the harm?

or if they reset the debt back to zero but froze the prices of all products... if all prices froze, nothing could inflate.

stupid question, i know, but i was just wondering.
