Hi All - One question I have regarding my screen going black. I often hold the phone in my right hand, and use my thumb to pull down the notification bar. When this happens my thumb will cover the camera for a split second causing the screen to go black (essentially locking the phone) causing me to unlock and start over to pick up where I left off. This can get annoying because I inadvertently do this an awful lot. At first I thought it had something to do with the "smart stay" feature which I disabled but that did not resolve the issue. I read on another forum that it had something to do with the phone thinking that you had it up to your ear during a call, making it go black to save power, but wouldn't that only apply to when you are making phone calls? This issue happens when I am at my home screen just noodling around with my phone and not necessarily making phone calls. I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue. Does anybody have any advice on how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

How do I normalize the audio? I live in an apt building with people living above, below and on either side of me. I have found that when I am watching a movie at night (in consideration of my neighbors) I adjust the volume so I can hear the dialog but when an action scene kicks in its twice as loud. The same goes for watching TV at normal levels and then a loud obnoxious commercial comes on boosting the audio considerably. has anyone found a clever (an inexpensive) workaround for this? This seems to be a pretty relevant problem nowadays for most of us so I was hoping to get some good ideas from this site!

ps... no external speakers currently plugged into the TV

So at my old job I scheduled a few meetings... I have since changed positions at my company and no longer work in my dept but still use my same email with outlook. The meetings that I setup are still ongoing (some are weekly reoccurances) and I was curious how I delete them without closing the meeting since I was the one who initially set it up. Ipod Question!! Expert Advice needed **10 points** for help :)?

I have been collecting and organizing mp3s on my classic ipod for years and years now. I was wondering, when using my ipod... I goto music... artist... album... then the song. Now I have done a pretty good job organizing my songs and artists. I havent, however, kept track of album titles nor do I care to. Is there a way to skip the "album" part of the navigation process. I know I can just select "all" when im in the album menu but I'd rather bypass that part of it altogether considering I navigate around quite a bit and thats just one step I dont want. What I would like to do is goto music>artist>songs (skipping the album part)

So when I compose a letter in outlook it's in HTML. Every now and then when I recieve a letter it's in plain text so when I reply .. the reply stays in plain text unless I manually change it each time this happens. Is there a way to setup outlook so that when I reply to plain text email it goes back out in either rich text or html with out me having to manually change the format? Thanks.

Im a muscian in a band that plays regularly in clubs all over LA.. medium size venues like the viper, roxy etc. Im looking for a bitchen amp for those shows and for our rehearsals? I have 1,000 budget... here's what I have boiled it down to... the Motion Sound KP-500SN or Roland KC-880. What would you reccommend, or would you go with something totally different?

Can you make a right tackle and make him a right guard without any downside? My friends and I are doing fantasy drafts in madden for $$$ and I noticed there is a shortage of ELITE right guards in Madden.. so should i make a right tackle my right guard or go with a left tackle and make him my right tackle?? thanks!!!

Is there a way to go to the "next" video file without hitting back.. scrolling down to the next video and hitting "x". What im looking for is something like you do when you play music on the ps3. If you want to skip one file you just hit the r2 button and it will go to the next file. Can this be done? Thanks!

Im looking to buy a relatively small gaming laptop that wont over heat when i rest it on my table. I've been eyeing the N81Vp-C1 from Asus. Seems to be a pretty solid choice. I havent found much that directly compares with it in regards to its size (14") cost (1200 and change) and gaming performance (Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 2.66GHz/ 4GB RAM / 320GB Hard Drive / ATI Radeon HD4650). Does anybody else have any recommendations. What do you think of my choice so far? Thanks in advance...
