I chained my bike amongst the other ones by the station and later that evening when i came back my bike was stolen. It was a cheap bike but it meant a lot to me because the person that helped me get the bike has passed away, i have to admit it did make me cry even though to anyone else it is just a bike. People have no care for anyone else's things, it's a shame.

The pain in my throat was so bad, it felt like there were knives in my throat and it was burning to the point where I was literally grabbing on to my throat and crying till I was put on a drip because my heart rate was 140bpm.I found I was really trying not to swallow because the pain was so bad. I was told when I went to the walk in clinic that sore throats are always painful but this did not feel like a normal sore throat at all!

abused his son. I notified the police and the son was taken away to his mothers' so i thought it was the end of it. I care a lot about the son but the dad is much older than me like 20 years older but age didn't matter to me. I am so afraid of my ex as he is unpredictable and manipulative. I have not seen his face since the son was taken away in the summer and the thought of seeing him in court scares me to death.I still have nightmares about him and sometimes become scared when walking alone in the street.I don't want to be selfish but my friends have said I should be careful my ex doesn't come after me after the court case.I don't know what to do as I could be summoned if I don't appear in court and I know I have to think about the boy but I am frightened of his dad, Any suggestions? many thanks in advance.

which I was really dreading. I did not eat very much so came as quite a shock and really hurt my stomach as after a while I did not have anything left to throw up except bile. I have been feeling so weak and my stomach and ribs are so painful. I found when I was feeling sick that lying down on my bed made me feel worse and I ended up curling up on the bathroom floor exhausted from puking my guts up, I just felt like crying, it made me feel so rough. I was wondering why it makes me feel worse lying down and how to get rid of the horrible sick taste?

is very low which is causing her to be very weak. I miss her so much at home and finding it really hard and just want to cry when I get home or see her. I know that is not fair on her but I really care about her and and want her to recover. I feel helpless as I can't do anything for her and just feel like I want to lie with her in the hospital bed and cling on to her and not let go. I know that makes me sound like a little girl but she means the world to me and the doctors have said her blood count needs to go up because she could die god forbid otherwise. Any suggestions on what to do and how to cope would be much appreciated, many thanks.

was dressed kind of scruffy sometimes but I didn't mind , too controlling etc but for some reason I loved the guy i thought he was. He used to buy me flowers and tell me all the right things, your the only one for me, I have never loved anyone else but you and so on. I have a new guy now that seems to treat me well and love everything about me but I can't help feeling that I am not good enough, i say something and keep feeling embarrassed with what I say to him. I never felt this with the other guy, when family and friends were telling me he is not deserving of me. I am so confused and so want to let this guy in, and show him my true self but I am so afraid that i will say the wrong things and ruin it. Any advice would be appreciated?

I can't understand why I miss him so terribly as he tried to control and manipulate me. He played the part of the caring boyfriend so well that I kept coming back to him.I sometimes feel that it was all a horrible dream, it really feels like it was not real. I left him for other reasons to do with his child but it is really hard to forget him and totally move on. There are so many memories I have of where we used to go together, and I find it really hard to go to those places we used to go. I had this horrible dream the other night about him picking me up and kidnapping me, i think this might be because he used to joke about wanting to do this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. They said to me a few weeks ago you carried out a five pounds paypoint transaction but there is not record of it on the till receipt. They asked me why that is but I do not remember what happened a few weeks ago as we serve so many customers. Many people I have talked to think this is ridiculous. I am a very honest person and have never had any problems like this ever so I was truly horrified. They want to investigate by asking other staff and go from there. I really need advice what does anyone think?

throat spray to numb the intense pain which did work but not long after I threw up after using it. I have never used it before but was not expecting to throw up with it. With an infection, why does the body take away all your energy? I was literally crawling in to bed because i felt so ill I could not stand.

it is so sore!!. I went to the doctors and they said it is viral so nothing they can do. I am taking paracetamol everyday, hot drinks, everything that has worked before. They hardly work, so I am lost what to do because I have a weekend job today and I really can't speak as it is so sore!!. I am not allowed any days off now till next year, I really don't know what to do. Any advice would be so helpful?

I have taken ibuprofen, paracetamol, used bonjela and it does not help. There looks like there is enough space for it to come through, I just don't know what to do for the pain. I am finding it quite painful to chew anything but am still trying because I don't want to go hungry. What does anyone think? any answers much appreciated!.

I know it was not because of my period, because it had finished well before. I took nurofen express but it did not help at all!!!. The pain went on for hours and I was sitting down and thought it might be hunger pains so tried to eat something small but it did not help at all. I was really struggling to sit up and wanted to cry because it was so painful and I was no where near home so could not lie down. What is the best thing to do for pain like this?

I was wondering how to soothe the pain because painkillers don't seem to have any affect. Many thanks

I have an appointment later at the doctors for something else which is fine but I was not expecting to be so ill last night. You have to give the doctors surgery enough notice to cancel the appointment and I have not done that. I am struggling to stand up because I am feeling weak and it makes me feel like I want to be sick again. I am afraid if I go to the surgery that I will throw up there and don't know how I will manage to walk there. What should I do?

I was wondering what I should do to calm down at the doctors, because my doctor is so gentle and friendly so I don't know why my heart rate starts beating so fast? many thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

and I have many close friends that are white. I seem to think that they will judge me based on my race, if I sit next to them on the train, bus or stand next to them in the street. Logically I know that this is completely crazy to even allow myself to think about this as they are strangers. Due to this I usually make sure I place myself next to people with darker skin so I won't feel awkward. It makes me feel upset that I think such negative things as not everyone is so judgemental. please dont judge me as I already know it is really crazy!.

as though I am younger because I have a slight body more like a child. I went for a blood test and the woman was lovely but I felt like a young child in terms of the way she was talking to me like it's alright sweetheart. she was aware of my age. I usually say that to my neice and others. What does anyone think? please don't judge!.

but don't know if that had anything to do with what the little girl came out with. We approached the doctors room and the little girl did not want to proceed any further. She told me that someone has died there behind the door. I think she is very young to know what she means but she was adamant that she did not want to go any further. I tried to reassure no one has died there and no one is going to die here. I did not want to scare her anymore than she was. Does anyone know why she might think like this at her age?

She checked my bmi and said that it is 19 and I am 5ft 7 so it is on lowest of normal.She has advised me that I could do with putting on a few pounds and should consume more calories from carbohydrates. I was a bit hurt as it seemed like she was implying I don't eat as she was asking do you feel cold. I always make a real effort to keep eating as I burn it off quite quickly so it's difficult.I did have anorexia four years ago so I try to keep my weight up now I am recovered. I look healthy so I don't really no what to do. Any advice would be most helpful, please no horrible comments.

and felt quite ill, so I didn't have the energy to stand for long. I found these symptoms started to wear off until I took the capsules again. Is this a normal reaction to antibiotics?
