I've heard purples and coppery shades work well, but I don't want to use those because I have natural dark circles around my eyes and those colors make me look tired or ill. I am not muslim, and I know that my employer allows headscarves for religious reasons but not for non-religious as it could be a safety hazard. My question is, if I am not muslim, but would like to start wearing hijab for my own personal reasons (which do come from my religious beliefs about modesty), would they also allow me to wear it? She is a long haired tortoise shell. Ten years old. She is still in great health and much like a kitten, nowhere near death. She has always been free to go outside and come in as she pleases, but has never disappeared for more than overnight. It has been two days now without any sightings by neighbors. The leaves are crunchy and falling off and I'm afraid to touch it. I water it every week and the soil stays pretty moist, there is moss in the pot and the beans are still green. I don't know why my plant seems to be shriveling and unhealthy...what can I do?

I like the idea of having a reception at an off time so that I won't have to spend big on a full blown lunch or dinner. Maybe like a mid-afternoon or brunch reception?
