Don't tell me Canadian. She's a citizen there, yes. But that's not her race.

There was a previous question that asked about letting their teens date. Lots of people made the comment that you should let them date because otherwise they would sneak around behind the parents back.

My question is, do you agree with that comment? Because if that is the case, then why have any rules for fear that they may break them all behind the parents back.

Ex: No cursing was allowed. Yet, when my friends and I would run around (as teens, of course) we would curse all the time. So, because I broke that rule behind my parents back, should they have not made that rule since I broke it anyway? Does anyone out there understand what I'm trying to say?

Okay, I'm not really into politics. However, there are comments being made every day that I find so annoying. I couldn't resist.

There was a comment posted a website for Yahoo, "New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, reeling from defeat in Iowa at the hands of Barack Obama, urged Democratic voters on Friday not to build up "false hopes" by choosing an inexperienced presidential candidate. "

Honestly, she's right as far as having experience in the presidential seat. She's already been there in her husband's name. She didn't get the job done. So step aside and give someone else a chance.

There was a comment that women would be stepping up voting for her at the chance of having a female Pres. Right... women are not dumb enough to vote for someone simply because they're a woman. My neighbor, a female, refuses to vote for Democrats because they do nothing for our military members who give their lives for this country, whether they are female or not.

Anyway, just had to vent

I don't get it. I'm not black. But it seems that people relate black people with crime. Why is that? There are just as many people from all races or skin tones that commit crimes, at least to me.

I once told a lady about a news story where a mother down the road from us killed her child, filed an Amber Alert the day her hubby was coming home from Iraq to cover it up. The first thing the lady asked me was what race this person was. I said, caucasian. "Does it matter", I asked. She said it does, and that she notices that most people she hears about committing crimes are black. Now this is coming from a hispanic lady that I met.

Then my mom, who is asian, who's trying to get into low-income housing asked if I thought she would be safe in the small neighborhood (close-knit community) because it was nothing but black people. That really surprised me since my ex-stepfather was black. Her fiance before him was black. We're still friends with my ex-stepfather.

What is the worst rumor ever spread about you, or visa versa, what is the worst rumor you ever spread about someone else and why?

Okay, I'm starting to lose faith. I'm an unbaptised publisher. My spouse goes to a worldly church. He and I debate/discuss the issue of the trinity all the time. However, this time, when I did research, I looked up Lord. Jehovah is the only Lord and Jesus is lord, is that not correct. I was always taught that when it referred to Jesus the first letter of "lord" was lower caps and when addressing Jehovah, the first letter was upper caps.

However, upon my own research, I've found that isn't the case. There were many times where Jesus was referred to as "Lord" and even in one scripture John 20:28 he was referred by Thomas as "My Lord and my God". I read further, but Jesus did not dispute that?

I misplaced my Watchtower Cd so I can research these scriptures, but to no avail.

I always wondered why people would poke fun at the Polish. I've met a couple of them that seemed very intelligent.

My huband and I got into a debate about this subject. So, I thought I'd go to everyone and see what they experienced. Were you ever molested or has anyone ever attempted to molest you? Was is someone you know? Was it a male or female that did this? How old were you?

I have had weird problems since having my gallbladder removed. Some symptoms include heartburn (which I never had before), food sensitivities/allergies, palpitations, anxiety, hypoglycemia, just to name a few.

I was just curious how many more out there have experienced problems, too.
