My 15 month old goes to sleep on her own but wakes up in the middle of the night. My husband and I moved when she was 7 mths old and that's when she started sleeping in our bed at night. Now, we are tired and think she needs to start sleeping in her bed. The thing is when she wakes up and cries she's in her crib. How do we get her to go back to sleep without picking her up? She will "cry it out" for ever. So far the longest we have let her (with going in every so often) is 45 minutes. What to do?

How do I get a stove on the Sims 3 app for the iPhone? I've looked everywhere but I can't find one. The only thing I can eat is a "quick snack" from my fridge. Please help! :)

My husband and I are contemplating driving from Alaska to SC and doing a DITY move. Does anyone have experience doing a long distance DITY move with the Air Force? I can't figure out if we'd make money, break even, or lose money. I know we get per diem and money for gas but for some reason I can't seem to figure out if in the end we'll pocket money or not. Anyone have any experience with this?

I just bought this elliptical but I can't get the preset programs to work. The owner's manual says to select the one you want and start pedaling. Well, I tried this and it doesn't start the program. I'm extremely frustrated as I just bought it and can't use it. Does anyone know how to make the preset programs work? Also, I tried calling the company but they are closed today.

I have an electric stove with a black touch display for the oven temperature. How do I clean this? I've tried using clorox wipes, soap and a tough sponge but nothing seems to work. It still feels sticky and looks gross.

So, I know everyone is different and no one can really give me a definite answer but I'm spending way too much time wondering about all of this so I figured I'd ask!

I'm 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant (but measuring at 39). I'm 1 cm dilated and 75% effaced and my doctor stripped my membranes today. I was having what I considered BH contractions before my appt this morning and then after I've been having contractions all day that aren't really consistent but still...they've lasted all day and usually I only have them for an hr or so at a time if that long. Well now I've started to time them and I don't know if it's just false labor or not but they are about 7 minutes apart and kind of hurt but nothing that is so painful I feel like I should call the doctor. I guess my question is could I be going into labor or is it probably just false labor or more BH contractions?

Okay so my due date is December 11th and according to that I'm 36 weeks pregnant. However, for the majority of my pregnancy I've been measuring a week ahead (you know how the measurement from your pelvic bone to your uterus is how far along you are). So, last time I was at the doctor I was measuring at 37 weeks so am I 37 weeks or 36? Would this change my due date or do the dr's just not change it because you have a 2 week leeway either way? Ahhhh I'm confused! :)

I am scheduled to have an OB Ultrasound done this week. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and will be 19 weeks the day of the appt. Is it likely I will be able to find out the sex of the baby during this ultrasound? The doctor didn't specific that this was what the appt was for...they said it was for finding out the size and measurements of the baby. I didn't really think you could do an ultrasound without seeing the whole baby. Does anyone know?? Thanks!

Hi! Okay weird request. I really want my daughter (if I have a girl) to have the nickname Allie, but i don't know what to name her. I can't use Abigail because my friend just named her baby that and I don't like the name Allison. Any suggestions? I mean I couldn't just name her Allie, could I?

band-aids...(can't keep band-aids on all the time)

...I really have tried pretty much everything. Does anyone have some kind of great way to stop a serious nail-biter? I'm not talking just casual nail biting. I bite my nails until they bleed and even bite around my nails. I know it's disgusting and it drives my husband crazy but I just can't stop. Someone please help!! Thanks! :)

My mother is severely concerned with my 15 yr old brother's addiction to the computer. I keep telling her it would be something to worry about if he WASN'T on the computer all the time, but she's convinced it is really not good. My brother gets on the computer to play a game. He plays after school until night time and isn't really doing any chores (which I think he should at least be doing that). But, isn't this normal for a teenager? Or am I just naive? I'm pretty sure when I was that age all I did was play on the computer too...
