i recently started a job which requires me to walk for 10 hours a day. i got really comfortable shoes and also got the Dr. Scholes inserts that’s customized since i have a very high arch. my feet still hurt so badly towards the middle/end of my shift. is there any other ways to prevent soar feet? (i am not overweight and i drink a good amount of water)

I’m a 21 year old girl and before the past couple months I have never suffered with acne. I would maybe get a pimple once a month but it would go away very quickly. Around November or December of 2017 I started getting a few pimples. Nothing major. But it’s just gotten worse. I stopped using a face lotion which I thought may be causing the pimples but it hasn’t stopped. I’ve been getting pimples on my forehead, chin, nose, and right below my nose. I currently have at least 10. Some are white heads but some are under the skin and very painful. I haven’t changed anything before this started but now I’ve been using higher end face washes and a light water based face lotion before bed. I did shave my face before this started a couple times to get rid of peach fuzz to allow my makeup to go on better but I stopped shaving when I thought it may be a reason for the acne but still nothing. I don’t even use foundation because I don’t want to make it worse. Any tips to get rid of the pimples and prevent new ones?! Please help!!! Will pick best answer.

So I am 9 days late on my period. I have had no spotting/bleeding of any kind but I did have very slight cramping a few days ago. I ve been having headaches for a few days now and I feel a tad nauseous but nothing major. I plan to take a pregnancy test soon but I just wanted some opinions? I've been dating this guy for almost 4 years. I just found out that he has been taking advantage of me when I pass out drunk. Yesterday I faked it to see what would happen. I went to the doctor because I kept getting migraines and he prescribed me topiramate. I took one for two days and then started feeling dizzy, confused, blurred vision, and feeling other side effects. I called the doctor and he told me to stop taking the medication. About 3 weeks ago I decided it's time to lose weight. I'm a girl. 18 years old. 5'10 and 169 pounds. I've been going to the gym everyday/every other day. I do between 40-60 minutes of cardio then do weights (rotate between arms legs and abs on different days). I no longer drink soda or eat things like chips or fast foods or chocolate. I have been having eggs in the morning (a whole egg then an egg white or 2) with 1 piece of whole wheat toast lightly buttered with fruit. On my break at work I'll have carrots, fruit, water, ect. I get home from work and have a sandwich with whole wheat bread and have some water. Then I go to the gym and have more water. When I get home I'll have either nuts or yogurt. Then maybe have a banana later. Then for dinner i eat with my family. They're pretty healthy so dinner is usually chicken, lean meats, fish, rice, broccoli or some other vegetable or pasta. It's been about 3 weeks now and I haven't lost a single pound. I don't understand what's going on! I work so hard at the gym too. I sweat and really push myself. I just don't know what to do or what I'm doing wrong. Any help please?! ):
