how to avoid soar feet?
i recently started a job which requires me to walk for 10 hours a day. i got really comfortable shoes and also got the Dr. Scholes inserts that’s customized since i have a very high arch. my feet still hurt so badly towards the middle/end of my shift. is there any other ways to prevent soar feet? (i am not overweight and i drink a good amount of water)

Get yourself a pair of Dansko professional clogs on eBay.
Regular shoes don't help with lots of time on your feet- these are engineered to work your legs and feet while you're walking and working, so you don't end up without circulation. You'll see chefs and surgeons and nurses wearing these- and this is why.
It will take a little getting used to, but once you do, your legs and feet won't bother you any more. You need the right tools for the job- and this is what Dansko clogs are for. You can also write them off as a business expense, because they are work wear.
Get the ones with the closed heel, and know that they are meant to slip a bit in the heel when you walk. If they are snug when you get them- especially the patent leather ones- hit them with a hair dryer, and they will stretch. My orthopedic surgeon friend wears these, and he does surgery for hours at a time. Once you get used to them, you won't know how you lived without them.

The reasons you have sore feet is because you're overworking it or you're not used to walk this much and probably blood in your legs are not well circulated. Gravity does that naturally and how to fix that is to take a break and lifting your feet higher than your seating level.
If you can't do that, massage your calves so the you can help the circulation.
You may want to make an appointment to get your feet massaged every now and then if you can. You're not overweight and you're drinking plenty of water, so what I suggest you to do it to take less sodium in your diet. If massaging or resting doesn't help and if this is persistent, see a doctor.

If you're on your feet a lot... they are going to hurt. No way to avoid that.
A good foot massage is the only thing that helps my feet when they get sore.
