  • I m getting a tattoo in three weeks that will include my left butt cheek. I plan to wear no underwear. Anyone see a problem with this?

So, the tattoo will start on my left butt cheek and run down the back of my thigh and wrap around to the front of my thigh. My plan is to wear sweatpants and no underwear. My logic is that I ll be taking them all off anyway and won t wear underwear home after the session. It is a large piece and will take many sessions to complete. Any experiences with something like this or thoughts on not wearing underwear?

  • Is it illegal to be seen in your home shower-showering with the window open-if your privates are not visible?

My friend is building a new shower in his house and said he plans to use the window as ventilation - shower with the window open. His plan is to have it open while he showers and says it is not illegal to be seen naked from the waist up even if people know he is showering. This sounds a little "on the edge" to me. I'm wondering if anyone knows the law regarding this. Thanks!

  • Is it illegal to be naked in a locker room?

Obviously it is illegal to masturbate in an open locker room, but is it illegal to be "excessively naked" in a locker room? There's a guy at our gym who does everything in the locker room naked. He shaves, weighs himself, etc, all while walking around nude. He's not lewd in any way just naked. He puts his clothes on to go workout and then afterwards he's naked until he dresses to leave. Is there anything illegal about this?

  • Who is right? I'm having a debate with a friend about an issue. I think I'm right and he thinks he's right.?

He tells me that he can masturbate openly in a public restroom - as long as it's a men's room - and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I say this constitutes a "lewd act" and would land him in trouble legally. He's adamant about being able to do it and I'm certain I'm right. Does anyone out there have definitive knowledge of this?

  • What is your opinion of nudists/naturists?

Do you feel this is strange or is it normal for some folks to want to be naked all the time? What are your thoughts on nudist resorts, clothing-optional vacations, etc?

  • Why does my DVR have a mind of its own?

Okay, I have a DVR and love it. I use it all the time. But on occasion, I will set up an hour recording at, say, around 2:00 a.m. About once a month or so, it will not only record the show I want but will also record about 4 more hours that I did not set up. Why does it record longer than I tell it to? It ties up a lot of my free space and is annoying. Thanks!

  • Can I use a celebrity's name on a t-shirt?

Ok, here's a question for all you lawyer-pants friends. If I were to make a t-shirt utilizing my home printer and readily available materials from Wal-Mart and it contained the name of a celebrity or public figure on it, could I sell these shirts without getting into legal trouble? I've run into conflicting reports and would like to know for sure.

  • Does a bracelet of sorts signify anything?

Ok, so here's a question you can help me with. I know years ago that it was always said that if a man wore an ear ring in a certain ear then it indicated that his sexual preference was for another man. I'm assuming this has proven to be not true, though can't verify that. Also, it is said girls who wear certain colors of bracelets will do certain things physically (i.e. kiss, oral, intercourse, etc). I also do not know if this is true. My question: does wearing a rubber-type bracelet, such as Lance Armstrong's "LiveStrong" bracelet, supposedly indicate anything such as sexual preference or anything if it is worn on a particular arm? Thanks for your help.

  • Visible in men's locker room - who do you agree with?

My friend and I work out at two different gyms. We were talking today about his gym. He told me he discovered that when he stands in a certain place in the locker room he can be visible to women as they pass by to their locker room. He mentioned that he discovered this as he was standing there naked and looked up and saw a woman looking in. I told him to move to another locker. He said he thinks its okay as he's in the locker room and if she doesn't want to see him than she shouldn't look. What are the opinions out there on this topic? Men and women alike.
