I ask because her and I were not on good terms as the marriage was ok, but the divorce was messy and a lot of hatred from her family towards me arose. I was just wondering what others think about me going or not going, sending a card or not, or just do it all in my own way and not deal with her family and say good bye over a crappy shot of whisky. I ask because sometimes it drives me crazy (not really) that users post their questions in areas that are completely off topic. I dislike reporting them, but more then anything I dislike reading things for instance in the family/relationships area about what color car a person likes (or other such issue). It also sets me on edge about people posting questions and not using the spell checker, (it opens up on it's own people) and then they look illiterate? That last little bit is a secondary issue and should be asked in a different area or a separate question I guess, but I was just thinking about it this morning and feeling bad. Thanks for your responses.

I report what I perceive as violations of guidelines regularly, and have wondered how my standing is. Am I reporting correctly? How can I find out my "standing" in the community? Is there a way to find out if I have reported a bunch and my standing is such that I will not have any effect on an incorrect post?

I get tired of it. But what the heck...it's supposed to be all in fun.

at my child Job. Go ahead and test him. Wasn't satan bound to hell before that, and if so, why would God and he just be sitting around chatting and decide to attack one of his most devout people? I am a Christian and my own reasons for asking, but I wanted to see what is said, especially from people that say the Bible does not contradict itself. Also, if you want to comment on two other subjects I welcome these: If one of the several deadly sins is Jealousy, why did God choose as a commandment that; "I am a jealous God and you will have no others before you"? Why is there two seperate creations listed in Genesis? There, that should cause enough trouble for now.

A young boy and his father were out playing football when they were caught at the bottom of a giant pileup. Both were injured and rushed to the hospital. They were wheeled into separate operating rooms and two doctors prepped up to work on them, one doctor for each patient. The doctor operating on the father got started right away, but the doctor assigned to the young boy stared at him in surprise. "I can´t operate on him!" the doctor exclaimed to the staff.
