My boyfriend as been gone for 5 days and I haven't talked to him on the phone. We have texted back and forth but it would be nice to get a phone call. He said he would call last night but didn't and I'm feeling a tad upset about this. He doesn't get to see her often and I know this but I would like a 5 min phone call at least. Just want some input if I'm overreacting...

My son wakes up in the middle of the night screaming, crying and cannot speak. I try to ask him what's wrong and he looks at me like he doesn't know who I am. He tries to move and cannot walk. Usually lasts for about 10-15 minutes and then he goes back to bed. He remembers it in the morning but says he wasn't having a nightmare. He has an appt with his Dr. soon. I'm thinking that he might be having night terrors. Any info would help ease my worry. Is any other parent going through the same thing? Please help!!!

I have a misdemeanor on my record and I'm getting it expunged. Will this still cause me from gaining employment? (In the medical field)...

I am currently a medical assistant. I enjoy working with my patients but the pay is low and I need to make a change. I was looking into becoming a ultrasound technician but don't want to make a bad move. I was also thinking about going for medical technologist too. I want to make sure I don't go into another field where there's no advancement. Don't get me wrong, I love being in the medical field but for the amount of work I do daily I want to be paid accordingly. Any experienced answers would be appreciated. Which way should I go? I really need some information about both fields.

My check engine light just went on yesterday. When I'm driving on an incline the car jugs along and acts like it wants to stall. What could this be?

My son was swimming with a friend and they were both playing a game. The other person got her accidently and now her dad is upset. Do they have a case? They were both playing the game and she was enjoying it until she got hurt. Seems a little ridiculous to me. She's not badly injured. No doctor's visit was required..

I have been talking with this guy for about 3 months now. He planned a trip out here to see me but ended up in the ER with an upper respiratory infection. So needless to say never made it. I feel terrible for him but our communication has dwindled since he's gotten sick. He says he is going to definitely come out to see me once he feels better and he was disappointed that he couldn't make it. I haven't talked to him in a couple of days. I guess I'm just curious if he's still into me and I just miss our conversations. I texted him yesterday and said that I was gonna back off and give him some time to get back to normal and he didn't text back. What's up???

Been talking to him for about a month..I'm going to see him in 4 weeks..I live in OH he lives in New Orleans...This past weekend we didn't talk too much..He was out with the guys and he hurt his foot so he was in bed..I usually put cute comments on his web page and today I went to go look to see if the comment I posted was on there because sometimes it doesn't work and all but 2 of my comments were on there..So he deleted the rest..Asked him if he was ok said yes and apologized for not talking too much..he was busy running around work all day playing catch up since he had a long weekend...Is there something up or what?

Put in a new CD burner. Attached IDE cable and DC cable. System boots up fine but won't recognize that there is another device. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to detach the Audio cable from the CD rom drive and plug it into the CD burner. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

Reinstalled Windows XP on laptop. Now can't use friend's DSL line to get on internet. Totally clueless about this stuff. What do I need to do?

I am a single mom and my friend was supposed to pick up my son from the bus stop a couple of days ago and never showed. So my son went to the neighbors and stayed there. I am recently getting a divorce and had to change my phone numbers so unfortunately my son has not memorized them. The police were called and I was 2 hours away at the time. So I called my brother to go and pick him up and the station. The social worker asked if my brother could care for him and he said yes but let me check with my roomate because he owns the home. She never came back out to get the answer from my brother. I finally arrived and my son was gone and placed with a foster parent. I have no criminal record, was in the military for 10 years and no other child services instances. My son is healthy happy and does well in school. He's not abused in any fashion and even the police officer said he was a very well mannered boy. The police were in my home to see if I was hurt or dead and they saw that my house was spotless very well maintained. I work about 20 minutes away. My child gets off the bus at 4:10-4:20 and I am usually home an hour later. He knows not to go outside and let anyone in. He locks the door behind him and just waits for me to get home and starts on his homework. I trusted someone that I have only known for a little over a month but she has a son also so I figured it was ok. I can't find her now. The telephone number is bogus and I cant reach her. What do you think the chances are of me getting my son back? Remember no record or nothing. I go to court tomorrow and I'm scared. I want my child home with me. Please no mean comments. It's difficult enough.

It says that it cannot find my plugins so the installation messes up. Don't have a clue. help

My computer won't shutdown unless I push the power button. What could be wrong with it?
