I have to take a desicion in the next week finally which program I have to choose, aww its so confusing I am new here in US, I am in Atlanta Georgia finding schools here. I dont really have no one to guide me in this Off course i have done my homework in seraching schools on the internet like Sanford brown school, emory, and georgia state University... but still dont know the right ways of how to go about but I am sure i want to do one of those programs but where? Please guide or suggest which college is the best I am getting financial aid so which is a good thing... but need a proper guidance hopefully would wait for the answers in a few days ..... and decide for sure

I stay with a Old lady she is got an yard around her house, sometime In december she had the dried leaves blown up as they fell from trees coz of autumn.. and they stood there always until now reasons may be she could not afford to pay the people to clean it up for her... Now by some means we could help her to do so... when i hired 2 latin americans to do so they told us the leaves have decayed a lot in puddles the reason could be they have stayed there since it rained etc.. which caused the decaying.. and to my surprize they found small snakes around as well as bees.. from those puddles... gosh that was scary... they left and did not want to do so.. I want to help this old lady , please any one suggest in such a situation what shall I do? whom could I call.. ? does any one has a Eco Freindly enviourment Number.. this place wher eI stay is Atlanta Georgia.... Iam very worried about this situation please can any one help me solve this problem for her.... I would want to help her pay and clear all that...

i had stayed for 22 yrs in spain, its been last 2 years nearly Iam here staying in USA, the immigration services are asking me criminal records from spain, in vain i tried all no one helps me iam in GA state i tried calling embassy but they said i have to have some one there? to help me which i found ridiculous.. how does this work like this embassies and consulates means help to their countries citizen when needy.. but iam in such a desperate situaion i have no oen living in spain whom ican trust for this .what could be the best way to get this certification of criminal record to submit the immigration center here in order to move my case, because this is the only reason they ahve stopped attending to my case . i feel helpless please guide me thanks.

this is me very sad today i had already had a ectopic pregnancy 5 years back hence resulting in the rupturing of the left falopian tube..was bleeding a lot internally hence went infor immidiate surgery and the left tube was removed.. now in march i got pregnant which i never knew untill 2 days... the best part is i went to the doctor 2 times in the last month for a chk up and she did all the possible blood testsand ultrasound just to see if i was fineand ready to concieve.i got some pains and did a home test and knew iam +ve met the dr she said i had to rush to the hospital as i might be having an ectopic again, the hospital did the ultrasound and various blood tests which said iam 5 week ectopic pregnant,and i have been given the meth shots yesterday iam still suffering the side effects though, i have to wait for a week still to chk the hcg levels,why did the doctor did not alert me if i had an ectopic?she did a urine test she says it was negative?is that possible or she misguided.
