  • "ruin friendship line"?

Just would like your thoughts on something.

If a man says he does not want to be more than friends because he would never want to ruin the friendship, because he sucks at relationships, that he has thought about being more, but he has few friends and does not want to lose the person as a friend.....is that an excuse?

Surely if you really liked a person, you couldn't help progressing the relationship, regardless.

I read that the "ruin the friendship" line is often used as it sounds so wise, but really its a lie. (Book: He's just not that into you)

    Whats your opinions? I'm curious?

  • Male friend asked me to pose naked for his photography. Does this overstep the respect of friendship?

He is a friend, we spend a lot of time together, going out for dinner, movies, study together etc. In the early days there was a moment of chemistry, but he didn't want me as a girlfriend. I was disappointed, but ok with it.

Thing is, I get mixed messages. Its as if we are dating but without any of the perks, just occasional kiss on cheek etc.

So last night, he asked if I would model for this 'arty' pictures. I said No.

Do you think this crosses the friend boundary, what is with this guy? Should I even be friends with him as on some level I am attracted to him, but I feel regected a lot in not being good enough to be his girlfriend.

Am I right for being confused?

Girls, what would you do? Men, do you understand his thinking?

My cat had kittens about 8 weeks ago, 5 little bundles of fluff and they have grown and are ready for their new homes. I have found homes for 3 of them, but I can't find homes for the last 2! Has anyone got any ideas on how to go about finding homes for these last 2 babies. The other 3 I have homed by asking through friends, friend of friends and neighbours.

Any ideas on where to find good homes?

  • kittens leaving for their new homes. what is the best way?

my cat had 5 kittens about 7 weeks ago, they all have new homes waiting and are weaned, and the vet says they are ready to go and 2 weeks later mommy cat will get speyed.

Is it best for the kittens to go all on the same day, or will this be too much for the mommy cat? Is it kinder to stagger them going to their new homes over a week perhaps.

Any suggestions on the best way to seperate mommy cat from kittens. It will break my heart to say goodbye to them. :(

  • anyone know how long it takes to get vision back?

A few months ago I had conjunctivitis which made my eye bubble up like blisters apparently it was adenovirus. Thing is its now several months later and my vision is still blurred in my left eye. Will it ever get better? I find if I put eye drops in or saline its better for a few moments and thet goes blur again.

Anyone know anything about this adenovirus and this continued blurred vision. But most of all, will it EVER get better??? Thanks
