People get a variety of breathing problems when we spend time in the office and management won't look into it. Who can I call to get someone to come check it out? I live and work in Texas.

My landlord mailed out a crudely written list of charges. She had my forwarding address a month before I moved out. Her letter went in the mail on the 30th day. The first attempt by the post office to deliver it was on the 34th day. Is the rule that she has to GET IT TO ME in 30 days or that she has to PUT IT IN THE MAIL within 30 days? Also, should her itemized list include invoices? She basically wrote a couple paragraphs and just made up numbers. No invoices were included.

I was named in a will along with several of my cousins. My uncles daughter, who was expressly written out of the will about a decade before he passed, has contested the will once and lost. In conversations with the family she has said she will continue to appeal until there is nothing left as she would rather have no one get it if she cant have it. Once she has contested adn lost, and appealed and lost, can she continue to appeal over and over as she plans?

It is in a low/moderate income area and they want to install solar panels. Is there a grant they could apply for? Possibly CDBG or Stimulus money?

I live in TX and am declaring bankruptcy at the end of the month. I have paid my property tax but not my school tax yet. Can I include the school tax in my bankruptcy filing?

If Obama wins do you think some of these people will follow through on the ideas that have been inflamed by McCain? The NFL is going back through game tapes and fining players for hits even though there was no penalty on the play. Do you think that effects how defensive players play the game? Ifthey fine the players for the hit, shouldn't they also fine the referrees for not calling the penalty?

If one of the major drawbacks to using the predators is the civilian casualties, why not equip it with a machine gun or sniper rifle or osmething like that to limit those kinds of damages? Even if you use a machine gun with armor piercing rounds, it will only kill the people in that particular building and not level the whole neighborhood.

It seems easier just to stop starting fights with all the countries that have the oil (Iraq, Iran, Venezuela) than to tear apart our natural reserves and risk damaging what little is left of our countrys natural beauty. Any thoughts?

My problem is that the Iraqi people KNOW who the foreign fighters and where they are and refuse to do anything to stop it. If the general populace stood together to help their own government root these people out American forces could begin to leave. Sunni and Shiite muslims MUST have a common ground and they need only to find that common ground and respect each other to find peace. Religious harmony did not come easy in America but we learn to respect the differences in each others religions so that we can live peacefully side by side.

Thoughts?

They are both willing to kill people who do not believe the same way they do (suicide bombers/abortion clinic bombers). They both seek to legislate their religion into law (Sharia Law/Intelligent Design). They both preach superiority over those not affiliated with the faith. They both preach punishment for those not affiliated with the faith.

It seems that America is on a dangerous path towards becoming the Christian version of a terrorist state. We are closing borders, invading sovereign countries, and there is even talk of changing the constitution to match the tenets of the bible. What happened to the separation of church and state? Wasnt the whole point of that separation to embrace ALL religions? All races?

In the interest of peace, other than pulling the armed forces out of the middle east (which Dems will do once we win the white house), what would Al-Qaeda and similar groups of militant islamics ask of Americans in order to stop the bloodshed and join the side of peace in the middle east? I am at a loss as to what their ultimate goal is. It seems they want to return the power and country borders to the way they were in biblical times and that just seems like an unattainable goal. What REALISTIC demands would a militant make in order to establish a lasting peace?
