Husband and I agreed to go the non command sponsored route since the wait time to be command sponsored was 6 months to 1 year. This is his first duty station right out of AIT. I got to korea the end of August, but it has been 5 weeks since the housing paperwork was submitted, and there is still no word. And to top everything off, his AIP was denied so were only going to be here for the remainder of his tour. About 7 months, could someone give me the steps we need to take for this? It just feels like a waiting game, and it's difficult traveling half way around the world, and still being unable to spend time with your husband because he has to stay in the barracks until the paperwork is complete? Any information will be great! I've checked everywhere with no luck.

Stupid question i am sure, but about six months ago i was medically discharged before even getting to basic training. While i was at reception i became sick..[i thought was nerves] and found out i was a severe anemic. i was told if i could get my anemia under control i could re enlist.

So a few days ago out of a whim i decided to donate blood to the red cross, she checked my hemoglobin, which tell how much iron is in my blood, and glady said i was no longer an anemic.and my iron levels were really good. i was so excited!

So my question is, after going to reception and not going to basic training, receiving a RE code 03, would i be able to re enlist? Or no?..Thanks everyone..

i just took a shower not too long ago and i used this DIAL soap..it kinda smell like a medical type soap..and i washed ''down'' there with alot of soap...now am having orange discharge. is something wrong ? or did i use too much soap ?
