  • Computer running slow?

I am running windows 8.1 and a speed of 1.5 On some pages it takes longer to load pages. I have run CC Cleaner, cleaned the registery, done a defrag, cleaned up the disk, deleted temp files, no virus or malware according to McAfee. When I take the computer in to a tec they always tell me they cleaned it up and deleted old files. Where are these old files they talk about? I am only using a tiny portion of space. What else can I do and how can I do it? Thanks for any info.

  • Step by step way to remove old files that cause my computer to run slow.?

Usually about once a year or so I have to take my computer to the shop because it gets to running very slow. The repair person tells me they remove old files that cause it to run slow. I don't have any virus or mal-ware, just old files that needs to be removed. Is there a step by step approach to do this myself?

  • How To Connect Two Outdoor TV Antennas?

I have an antenna mounted in my attic, and it works great where it is, but it does not receive the local UHF stations. I don't want to move it because it is a very large antenna. The coax from the antenna connects to the IN bound connection on the amp. I am wanting to buy a UHF only antenna, and mount the UHF antenna on an old Dish mast on my roof. Is there a splitter/connector I can buy that I can connect the UHF antenna coax and the other antenna coax to, and then run the one wire to the IN bound connection on the amp? I guess what I am needing is a connector/splitter that has 2 IN bound connectors on it. Is there such a connector? Thanks.

  • Husqvarna riding mower with a 21 horse Kohler Courage engine that will not start?

This machine has just 29 hours on it and up until now there has not been any problems at all. Used it last weekend to mow, worked fine, started just fine. Parked it where it is always parked until today. Tried to start it and it will not start. It will not even hit like it is trying to start. Engine cranks over fine. I have checked for spark from the plug, and it has good spark, even put a new plug in thinking the new plug might help, but that didn't help either. I checked the fuel flow to the carb and it has good fuel flow. I checked the fuel flow up next to the carb so I could see if the filter might be the problem but the flow is good. I checked the wires I could see and get to for loose or dirty connections but everything seemed ok. What am I missing here? I even sprayed a little WD-40 into the carb to see if it would hit on the WD-40 but it would not hit on it either. I also checked it to make sure it isn't flooding, and it is not flooding. Checked the oil level to make sure it was still full, and it is. It has fresh gas in it but still no start or a hit. A friend said it might be a fuse that has blown, but if that is the case, wouldn't there be no fire from the spark plug? It acts like it is not getting any fuel but with spraying the WD-40 straight into the card, it should at least attempt to hit I would think. Anyone got any ideas what else to check for? Thanks in advance for any info anyone can provide.

  • 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe Service Engine Light Blinking?

This only happens when the vehicle is under a load like when pulling my travel trailer. It will blink for a few seconds and quit and then maybe 10 minutes later it will blink again a few seconds and quit. Had it checked out and was told it showed 5 miss fires on 5 different cylinders. Cleared the codes and tried it again with same thing happening again. Thought it might be in the trailer but I pull it with an 05 Chevy van with no problems. The Tahoe engine has never stumbled, and the fuel mileage has never changed. It runs like it did new. The mechanic said the computer he checked it with didn't say why it miss fired other than it miss fired and he is a 25 year GM mechanic and still cannot figure it out. He put new plugs in, checked the wires and said the wires were ok. Anyone out there have any ideas of what is going on and where to start on it?
