I'm 22 years old and have under eyes. I do go to sleep late everyday at around 1-3AM since im in college, but I still get 7-8 hours of sleep. Why do I still have undereye bags if I get enough sleep? It's not genetic.

I'm a 22 year old man, but recently I feel as if I'm too kind and nice to people. I know this is not a bad thing, but I care too much about others. For example if someone asks me for something, I find it difficult to say no and I blame myself in situations where it's not even my fault. How do I overcome this way of thinking? How do I become stronger mentally? Thanks.
