  • Does anyone still believe in the global warming hoax?

    - the passed 9 years have shown cooler global temperatures

    - there have been no deadly hurricanes this year in the US, and less than 5 last year

    - most importantly, emails between global climate scientists regarding covering up the hoax have been exposed and are now available on the net to be seen... these scientists have been falsifying climate info about temperature and are now trying to cover it up..

i feel a little betrayed by our government since global warming is a 7 billion dollar industry here all paid by OUR government.. with OUR tax dollars

  • How is this going to be fair with the states choosing to opt out of Health Care option?

So basically how Harry Reid's bill stands now, all the states will be taxed... states meaning the people in those states that work..all these people will be taxed and if your state opts out of the public health care option you will still be taxed?

how is this fair that states that arent going through with the healthcare option would still have to foot part of the bill for the remaining states?

you would think that a state that opts out of the public option would also not have to pay the healthcare tax since they are not contributing to the bill.

last thing is.. the actual healthcare would not be implemented until 2013 but they government will start collecting taxes as soon as it passes? does anyone think this is a little odd?

  • My girlfriend's mom won't leave me alone!?

Here is the situation. I have been dating my girlfriend for about 4 years now. she and her mother have been pestering me about proposing to her and getting engaged. im pretty sure she is the one but i dont want to do it yet just because they keep pestering me about it. i want to have some element of surprise at least when she doesnt expect it. Well this halloween my gf and her family are going to Disney in Orlando. I had already told my gf months in advance that i was not going to go on this trip with them because of school, and i have been to disney 3 times in 3 years with them so im not really up for it. We are from Houston so it is a pretty long trip. So the past few weeks my gf's mom has been calling me, emailing me , texting me and everything about me going to Disney in Halloween with them so i can propose there. I keep telling her no that its not what i want and i dont really like disney and i have school but she keeps telling me shell pay for it and i can fly up friday after school and fly home sunday so i dont miss school and she just wants to see her daughter have her dream. she is like trying to plan my proposal and stuff and i kind of want to do things on my own. and i dont know what to do. i feel like she is trying to force me in to this disney trip.

give me some advice great relationship people lol thanks sorry the story was so long

  • Anyone hear about David Letterman's sex scandals?

On his show he came out and admitted to having sex with multiple women that work for him because someone was extorting him for 2M dollars.. He just recently got married and has a 5 year old son. What a nice guy.

It's funny how he makes a mockery of Sarah Palin's daughters about having sex and becoming pregnant at a young age when he is cheating around on his wife and scumming it up.

He is just another dirtbag.. no more Bill Clinton jokes because he's in the same club.

  • Do Obama's close ties with ACORN worry anybody?

Republicans, Democrats, and Independents... does the fact that every single Republican voted to halt the federal funds to ACORN, but over 75 Democrat congressmen and women voted against this?

It would seem logical to me that EVERY party is against fraud no matter what party affiliation. This makes me increasingly skeptical of the Democrats, and specifically Obama for their close ties to each other.

  • So what has Obama done approaching his 100 days?

I am specifically calling out the supporters. I want to know what things he has in place that have helped the economy or helped the average American that is suffering today. I am aware of the many negative things he has done or proposed. (everything about GM is a wreck)

And I don't want to hear - its only 100 days, what do you expect? or give the guy a chance... he has had a lot of time..it is just a hippocritical answer and excuse.. since the all knowing media portrays him as the "messiah" its only fair that he is judged like the "messiah"

Has he done anything good for the people so far??

  • Do Obama's past associates make a difference?

If Barack Obama would apply for a job with the FBI or with the Secret Service,

he would be disqualified because of his past association with William Ayers,

    a known terrorist.

  • What if Texas were to secede?

if the government gets extremely socialist (or more socialist than it already is).. or Obama pushes the US into early communist ways.. or starts taking over many private businesses and controls all wages in the country.. do you think Texas, or any southern states could secede from the US and become its own...

I know it would be wild on the economy if you live in Texas but if you think about it.. there is a governor who would now be the president, houses of legislation, we have courts, resources, oil, vast land... I live in Texas and I think this would benefit Texas after this happened.. of course it would take some time to get going but I think this could be better than conforming with near communistic ways..

So im just asking your opinions on this..for or against.. why, why not.. and reasons. Thanks!

  • What is it that Liberals want?

We know consevative view points. We know they want a limited government with more personal freedoms. Follow the Constitution and support people's rights. They want less taxation. They believe more government regulations and forceful policies make it harder to live freely. We dont want government making decisions for us. Do not like the idea of being taxed and giving my money to the government, so they can give it to the banks, so they can loan it out back to me. We want less government spending so that the government does not have to tax people more. The more the government spends the more it needs to tax. Making money does not make you a bad person.

My question is, what does the average everyday Liberal person want in his/her life? What are the political values of the average Liberal person? What specifically do you want for yourselves whether it be the future or the economy? I hear a lot of bashing Conservative ideas and thoughts about what I have listed but I am not sure what Liberals want accomplished. Do you want the government to have a greater role in your everyday life? What are your main concerns? I want honest answers.

This is not a party bashing post. Keep that in mind.

if you make more than $500,000 - your taxes increase by 36%

if you are single and make more than 250,000 - your taxes increase by around 19%

if you are married and together make above 300,000 - taxes increase by 19%

if you make abot 65,000 - your taxes WILL INCREASE by about 6% i believe...
