  • Information about clothing in Nepal?

I am doing a project in Nepal and have to make a moodboard. I am having trouble finding information about the clothing, why they wear the clothes, colours and patterns that they do or traditional clothing and fabrics, or even what the clothing symbolises.

If anybody has any links or information about the clothing in Nepal or nepal in general then that would really help me out. Thank you!!

  • What were you named after?

It's a very random question but I was just wondering.

My name is April and I was born on May 1st but my dad came up with the name from Simon and Garfunkels song "April come she will" which was played in the film The Graduate

I was just wondering whether this dress would be a casual type dress or is it too formal as I have it in both teal and burgundy?

  • Could my dog have had a seizure due to stress?

My 6 year old Yorkie was at the groomers today and as the groomer was cutting her paws, which is the part she hates most, she got really stressed and then had a seizure. She is perfectly fine now, eating and drinking well, playing with her toys and wagging her tail.

Could this have been due to stress? She has been perfectly healthy her whole life and from what I was told she only had one lasting under a minute I think. I'm hoping this was a one off thing because I really don't want her to begin to suffer from epilepsy or anything else.

I though I should also add that she had a bit of diarrhea too on her walk but I'm not sure whether this is linked with the seizure.

    Thank you :)

  • Artists that paint or use headdresses?

For my school project I have to research artists that use headdresses in their work. This can be anything from carnival, colourful headdresses to hats, bonnets or flowers. Indian headdresses are quite nice as well.

The artists I have found so far have been

    Frida Kahlo

    Vermeer

    Henry Robert Morland

I'm having trouble finding some more so I was wondering if anybody could help me out with ideas as I need to find at least 6 to research

    Thanks :)

  • Bearded Dragon keeps going to bite me?

My Bearded Dragon has been okay with being picked up and held ever since I have had him but recently he has been going to bite me as if I have food in my hand. Even when I walk past his tank his sticks his tongue on the glass trying to get me.

I don't want to stop holding him as that's not fair if he never comes out of his cage, so what is causing him to do this and how can I start holding him again without him biting me? He is fully grown and started doing this about 2- 3 weeks ago.

The last time he went for a run since I have moved he walked past a mirror and tried to attack his reflection thinking there is another dragon, I didn't show himself his reflection on purpose but could this be anything to do with his behaviour?

    Thanks

  • How to stop a hamster nibbling?

I've had my syrian hamster for two weeks now, I hold him everyday and he has a run in his ball and he is perfectly fine with me. He is still quite nervous and hides in his tub, I manage to lure him out with food as he gently takes it from me. Once I pick him up he is calm and just runs along my hands.

The only problem is, he nibbles strangers. One of my friends and my cousin both held him and he bit both of them. It wasn't because he was frightened or annoyed because he did it slowly and calmly, I don't want this to happen every time he meets someone new and I thinks its because of the smell.

He hasn't bitten me before either, so how can I stop him nibbling strangers? I have had two Syrian hamsters before him but have never had this problem before.

    Please help! :)

  • What to do about my female cat?

My female cat has been neutered after having a litter of kittens, she keeps going into the garden and meowing, showing signs she is in heat, crying, being overly affectionate, rolling around, licking her privates, holding her tail to the side. I don't think she can be in heat though as she has been neutered.

Two male cats keep coming in my garden and hiding under some bushes and won't go away. They keep meowing at the back door for her to come outside and when she does they bite the scruff of her neck and try to mate with her, I'm not sure if they have been neutered either, probably not though.

Can anybody give me advice on my cats phantom heat, and the male cats in the garden, they are harmless other than the meowing and mating. What's happening?

P.S. She has been showing these signs for around and month and half

    So my
