You have to wait for other people to vote on best answer. This can sometimes never be resolved. It has gone as long as 3 months with some of my Q&A's. Just have to be patient until someone breaks the tie. Some people have pasted their tied answers to their question page and asked for people to vote on them also. You could give that a try to resolve them more quickly.

Well I know the voting period is extended by periods of 12 hours until the tie is broken.
