When im on instant message and some one sends a message ,mostly male, why do they IM a message that say "Buzz" Is that sappose to me something specific?

You'll notice that the message box vibrates and makes a noise. Hence the "Buzz".

Turn up your volume or buzz them back. Hold down the Ctrl button then hit the g button.
