Please give procedure of absentee ballot after it reaches the city clerks office and including voting day.?

I want to know my vote is counted that day.Is it recorded on my voters record and who over sees this process. Thank you God Bless America! ROSCO

Clerk opens it, marks down that you voted, and puts your choices down on the list of all the absentee voters.

The list of these votes are sent in and included along with all of the early and regular voters in the totals.
