Are refillable ink cartridges just as good as buying a new cartridge?
I need to get another ink cartridge for my Dell 924 printer and I was thinking about trying out one of the refillable cartridges. Has anyone tried those? Are they really messy? Or would I be better off getting a new cartridge? Some good websites would be appreciated. Thanks :o)

Be careful with getting refillable for the your Dell. Dell has added chips into the cartridges where you cannot buy from anyone but them. I have not attempted to use a refilled cartridge on my Dell Printer because it does void the warranty. If it is out of warranty, they head to an OfficeMax/Office Depot type store and most of them now have cartridge filling stations inside of them. Give it a try and let me know how it works out.
Personally I only use manufacturer products because I have had poor performance of compatibles in the past and the money is not a problem with me since the company7 that I work for pays for my ink:p.
Try compatibles, not refillables. I have always used compatible cartridges with my Epson printer. They are a lot cheaper and the print outs are as good as when using the "real" ones.
Use severe warning whilst determining to purchase refillable cartridges. they're considered third occasion in spite of if the unique producer's cartridges are used. in the event that they leak and harm the printer, it may and better than in all probability will void your guarantee or provider settlement agreements you have.
