Not generally speaking no. However - in laboratory tests where a womb was grafted into a male mice and the litters were delivered by ceasarean section the offspring were quite fit and healthy. This suggests that it is possible to do the same in humans.

A "sex change" is mostly cosmetic really. A man can never be made wholly into a woman and visa-versa. There is far too much stuff that is already hard wired to the original gender....bone and brain structure for starters.

However - to answer your question...yes aman can be given the superficial appearance of a woman and may be able to gestate a child if not necessarily give birth to it naturally.

No. The sex change only alters the appearance of the outer genitalia. A uterus, ovaries and other female reproductive organs are not implanted.

No. a guy who has a male to woman (MTF) intercourse substitute can not carry his very own toddler because of the fact he/she does not have a organic uterus wherein to hold a toddler. a female has a organic vagina, cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes which permits her to create eggs, woman hormones, and a uterine lining wherein a fetus grows and is carried. a guy who has had a scientific technique to rework himself right into a female can not gain toddler start.
