Trying to "pimp my Honda Civic 97 ex.. need HELP??

So Im trying to "pimp my ride" and Im looking for parts on ebay! I dont know what the roof is called you know like where "ceiling" of the car is and like what's it called? Also On the lambo door kits, is it going to be hard to get in the car, I found one that is 75 degrees. And neons, are they hard to install. Also one more thing before I go, the dash board, can you spray paint it! I know alot of people that have, I've tried it on my other civic and it all came off by scratch and stuff! Thanks for your help! If you have a myspace add me to see what's going on with my car www.myspace.com/lorena_yoyo, its not posted yet but I will!!! Thanks!

With the Lambo door kits you should be able to get in the car just as easy as you did whenever the door swung horizontally as long as it is installed properly. Neons are usually pretty straight forward most the time they will come with either an adhesive clip that adheres under your vehicle or one that you will need to screw onto the bottom of your vehicle I'd personally go with the bolt on clip because it will hold better and after the clips are on you just slide it into place and hook them up to a power source (your battery unless you have some other way like a ac/dc outlet that you bought that you can put under your car but it will still have to get hooked up to your battery anyways so better to just wire it up to the battery. As far as spray painting the dash goes it should be fine but I'd recommend doing at least 2 coats of spray paint and then doing at least one clear coat (you can buy it in the same type of can that spray paint comes in for about $4-$5 at your local hardware store)( And if your talking about what I think your talking about on the "ceiling" of your car(the peice of cloth) it is called the headliner. Hope this helps

Sounds strangely familiar to a recurring dream I have....blowing up import motors for fun. There's a ton of interesting ways to send it on it's way. You need to decide if you want catastrophic failure at idle or while the vehicle is moving. I'd imagine you'd rather do it while sitting still and avoid any problems on the road and a long walk home. If you want to go for an elongated meltdown drain it down to about a quart of oil. Rev it up to near redline and within several minutes you'll hear the friction, a few more minutes and it should stop dead in it's tracks. You could also drain the coolant and let the head crack...this would produce some pretty interesting effects (lots of steam). Dropping needle bearings into the intake would produce some really catastrophic failure pretty quickly....along with a vast array of interesting sounds. The options are limitless really. It would be more fun to destroy while driving. Drop it into first gear and run it WOT (wide open throttle) for a few minutes, it will most likely throw a rod...maybe even put a dent in the hood. The stress on the motor while in gear will give it that extra oomph it needs to fail. Good luck...have fun and be safe!

I'd start with a better car first. Why spend a lot of money on a car like a Civic when you can use that money, plus the trade in of your car to get a better car? Thats just me. I wouldn't add neon lights or lambo doors, I'd get a bigger engine and more mechanicals. I guess thats not as cool, but when the other cars that "look" fast are a mile behind you, who cares??
