no u don't need to lose weight... 108 is a normal weight

anyways.. u're 16, u're growing, you need food, when your stomach tells u u're hungry, eat, just eat healthy foods, don't fill yourself up with junk food like chips and pop

some tips but it depends on your lifestyle if you can do this
supposed to have biggest meal at breakfast/brunch, then next biggest lunch, small dinner but
i prefer to have 5 small eats per day with water or coffee or tea in between
go for low GI foods they keep you feeling full longer slow release energy IE porridge, wholemeal bread, baked beans, also i always make up a big fresh fruit salad with lemon or lime squeezed over it and a big fresh coleslaw in the fridge they last for a week and i snack on them when hungry also good yogurt and handful of nuts like walnuts, almonds

Everyday now I try to add some of the super foods to my diet to help with weight loss. Some of the foods I add are a handful of almonds (unsalted) a cup of plain yogurt, oatmeal, unsweetened cranberry juice, one of the really good vegetables like broccoli, whole grain pasta. red pasta sauce made with olive oil, some types of low fat cheese. Stay away from pop, processed meats, deep fried foods etc. Also...don't be afraid to eat out. No matter where you go (even fast food places) you can find something healthy on the menu. Just watch out for those dressings on your salad. Some of them are very high in fat. Good luck. Don't think of it as a diet. Enjoy your food.
