I'd stay away. I mean, if you want to toss $50 at it (including trading fees), go ahead and just write it off as a dead loss. There's little downside then. Here's my rationale for staying away:
Right now, the company is purely speculative. It has yet to turn a profit, and its only product is in the testing stages. I don't think it's even sold a single product at this point.
It's also bleeding cash. Operating cash flow was (3.15MM) with 6MM in debt. Book value per share is negative. Return on assets is a heartbreaking -40%.
If PLRO one day turns a profit on their special synthetic motor oil, then your investment will be one of those one-in-a-million shots that made it. Otherwise, they're unproven and that's not worth my money.

Fannie Mae/Freddy Mac plus ACORN courtroom circumstances. wager who sent a letter to Congress each year FROM 2001 directly to CONGRESS?! Bush. recognize what the letter reported? That they had to change Fannie Mae. wager who blocked it? Maxine Waters, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Barrack Obama (while he became into put in there). All Democrats. wager who have been given all the money from Fannie Mae? #a million--Dodd #2--Obama. have exciting spinning the info.

Who ever told you this LIED to you.
The balance sheet is uglier than any bankrupt company. They have a negative balance sheet - $4 million in the hole. The toilet paper in the company's bathroom is worth more than the stock.

Yeah that is definitely an email stock tip (or at least sounds like one). If it sounds unrealistic, it is!

They are promising a mere 500% return? HAHAHAHAHA
Have you ever heard the one "If it sounds too good to be true...."?
