I'd stay away. I mean, if you want to toss $50 at it (including trading fees), go ahead and just write it off as a dead loss. There's little downside then. Here's my rationale for staying away:

Right now, the company is purely speculative. It has yet to turn a profit, and its only product is in the testing stages. I don't think it's even sold a single product at this point.

It's also bleeding cash. Operating cash flow was (3.15MM) with 6MM in debt. Book value per share is negative. Return on assets is a heartbreaking -40%.

If PLRO one day turns a profit on their special synthetic motor oil, then your investment will be one of those one-in-a-million shots that made it. Otherwise, they're unproven and that's not worth my money....Show more

Who ever told you this LIED to you.

The balance sheet is uglier than any bankrupt company. They have a negative balance sheet - $4 million in the hole. The toilet paper in the company's bathroom is worth more than the stock.
